While the staff was friendly, they were lacking in general guest awareness & service standards. It took over 30 mins to get a dozen oysters and by the time they arrived, our wine glasses had been sitting empty. The experience still could have been salvaged with an acknowledgment of the lengthy wait or even an offer of a wine top-up. Just missed the mark.
Amazing food, awesome friendly service and a relaxing atmosphere. This place brings the beach vibe to Commercial Drive.
On recommendation of our server, we tried the Shrimp Po’ Boys and Lobster Poutine. Both dishes had so much flavour. It’s probably the best poutine I’ve ever had, even compared to the ones I’ve had in Montreal.
