After morning spin class (goodbye, 400 calories), I heartily enjoyed a scrumptious and OMG filling brunch at @Helen's Grill, Main St. @ King Edward.
I'd driven past Helen's countless times over the years. Always wanted to try it, and today a small group of good friends treated me to a birthday brunch. At least I hope they treated me; if they didn't, well I guess I just walked out on my share of the bill. Sorrrr-rrry! (not sorry).
I can't recommend Helen's enough. Old school family restaurant/diner, been there forever. Extensive menu, DEEEELICIOUS food and extremely generous portions. Probably the best Eggs Benny I've had, anywhere.
Try Helen's. With friends. On your birthday. On ANY DAY! I even had to skip the complementary piece of birthday pie as I as so stuffed. I won't let that happen again.

The Grill was well located and seating was comfortable.
Food was very average (Club Sandwich) Turkey filling was cold and the bread inadequately toasted
The other fare may be more appropriate though
Coffee was bottomless which was a treat
