Food was extremely overpriced for the portion, and the drinks aren't that special compared to the regular bubble tea I get at crystal mall. Service wasn't as spectacular or genuine as I was expecting, instead it came off rude. Overall, atmosphere was great, cute interior, although some of it looked damaged.

Hello kitty themed cafe for HK lovers.

Bright, pink, and lots of bows everywhere.

Drink and treats were surprisingly good.

They also have officially licensed Sanrio products for sale.

Food is overpriced and not worth it. Chocolate on the cakes were super hard. We didn't like the taste of any of them. We tried cookie and cream cake, fruit cake, sprinkle cake and cake pop. Coffees are small one sized and expensive as well. Some cute photo ops is about it and at least we got to say we tried it but never again.

The cafe was super cute and the staff very welcoming. I got a vanilla latte and the strawberry cake. The latte tasted great and the cake was super cute but I found it had almost no flavour and the icing or whatever it was on the outside was so thick and tasted chalky.

The bubble tea is okay but definitely way too sweet (I forgot to say 50% sugar). Not a lot of food options so don't expect to actually eat a meal there, it's basically only a place to stop in at if you want a sweet treat. The store never seems to change anything up, decor and small menu which I am sure has been the same since they opened. It is a cute place to go if you want to bring a fan or tourist, but not necessarily a spot for locals. Also not accessible to sit down and eat your treats, as you have to walk up a big flight of stairs to get to the seating area. There is a tiny gift shop area of the store, but it is also awkward being watched the entire time you are browsing - the space is too small to feel like you're on display too. Cute to bring visitors (brought each of my nieces there when they visited) but not a place I would ever go to again otherwise.

Very cute spot with decent milk tea. It’s more about the cafe and the Hello Kitty merch than the food/drinks but it was still good.

I went here with my friends yesterday. The cafe is a lot smaller in person. It was an underwhelming experience and parking was an issue

Wanted to love this place but was disappointed. Ordered a hot coffee (for $6!) and the lids do not fit the cups. Hot (really hot) coffee leaked out spilled all over. Went back to the counter and they poured it into a new cup with a new lid. Same problem. I cannot believe they serve hot drinks like that. Someone is going to get very burned. Do NOT let kids get a hot drink, be very careful.

Service and atmosphere were great when our family stopped by. The food was.... Interesting and a bit over priced. But everything else was good.

If you are coming here, it's probably for the aesthetic, which is cute and nostalgic. We got the Lychee Green Tea and Passion Fruit Slush, which were fine. They were slightly on the more expensive side, but it's understandable since you're paying for the Hello Kitty.
