Disgusting and infuriating experience. The food was absurdly salty and barely edible, but that became the least of the problems when I found a piece of paper towel inside my food. I was completely disgusted. When I reported it, the manager didn’t apologize or take responsibility. Instead, they insinuated that I put it there myself. Being accused of lying to cover up their own mistake was beyond insulting. This place has zero accountability, zero professionalism, and clearly no respect for customers. I left angry, humiliated, and absolutely certain I will never return. Eat here at your own risk.

We had a very nice dinner here during DineOut 2026. Service was great, the food was great, and live entertainment on Friday night that was very good. The only room for improvement is in the interior - it looks a little worn and dated. The views are nice, but the interior decor could use some fixing up.
Nice lounge with a view. Not a huge menu but the food was tasty and they gave me a free dessert for my birthday!
We've stayed at the Hilton a few times and love visiting the lounge. Great drinks, live music is very nice and the food is delicious

Great spot to enjoy a late dinner after the art gallery. Good views, great service and extremely comfortable. Well priced food and drinks. We will return!
What a hidden gem in the city! First time having lunch there. The Wagu smash burger was so delicious. I would definitely go back again!
We had drinks both nights during our stay and each time, exceeded our expectations. The live music was great and the lounge had a great atmosphere. The staff was always friendly and sociable. A huge shootout to Omar for being an amazing bartender!

Foods quality is pretty good, services are excellent unfortunately there's a party charge for 18% which didn't mention on the booking, so bill raised up to more than 40% extra amount (depending your tips).....from $59/person to $90/person than CP valuation need to increase.
The service was great and the fruit was fresh, but the eggs weren’t poached as expected. I was hoping for real poached eggs for my Eggs Benedict.

Restaurantji Recommends
We went there first night staying at the hotel burger was iced cold. Tried second night, ordered calamari and chicken wings, calamari was rubbed and cold so as the chicken wings, they brought new hot wing but there was no taste to it. Do not recommend coming here!!!

I visited the restaurant overall, it was okay. However, I traveled from Toronto to Vancouver, so I believe the service should be more focused on the guest experience. The server did a good job, but to improve, I think there needs to be more interaction. There are many great restaurants in downtown Vancouver, so the service should be what sets this one apart and encourages people to return
Fatifa gave us awesome service. The waiter that seated us was a little edgy but Fatifa made up for it. Breakfast was good.

We chose Hendricks Resto Lounge for Sunday brunch to celebrate my husband's birthday, hoping for a special and enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, several issues detracted from the experience. The brunch buffet room felt cramped, and the floor was noticeably sticky. While the food was decent, refills were slow, and the dining tables were uncomfortably close together.
The most serious issue occurred at the end of the meal. I found a foreign object, which felt like a piece of nutshell or hard plastic, inside a mini cheese tart from the dessert buffet. We immediately informed a staff member, but despite their initial attention, we never received any follow-up from management.
