I ordered a vegetarian Canelloni and it was 1 with a lot of sauce. The $23 seemed very reasonable before I saw the Canelloni however the beer and wine prices were quite reasonable (although they have Peller Estates wine as the house wine which I will never touch (3.2 on Vivino). The person who served us was a great resource for picking wine though. I understand he is from France.
Nice ambience combined with good service and food; location is convenient to major attractions
Love this place. Servers friendly. The menu is excellent - creative and nice range of choices for different dietary restrictions. The tables are far enough apart you don't feel like you are on top of the next table and noise level that means you can actually have a conversation with your dining companions without having to speak loudly.
Great for a casual, quick bite. Quick service, good food.

The tables are very close together and we were sat next to a couple where the man was VERY LOUD and it negatively impacted our dining experience. The restaurant was not full and there was no need for them to sit us so closely. All the tables of two were next to each other and there was no one at the tables for 4. Staff arranging seating need to be cognisant of diner comfort when space is not well distributed and there are only a handful of diners.
reserved a table and waited 10 minutes to get noticed and then told we would have to wait too long to get a meal to get to our show in time. so left
Our first time to the restaurant, we went on the dine out Vancouver. We were impressed that the staff made provisions for my sisters diabetes and both of our food sensitivities. The food was amazing, we were a bit disappointed that there was only 1 dessert left that we both wanted, We will be back, the menu is incredible .
We arrived a couple hours early in advance of our Dine Out reservation and met a friend for drinks. Our server was super friendly and attentive and I really appreciated when she came back around to remind us that Happy Hour was coming to an end soon and asked if we wanted to order another drink. When it came time for our actual dinner reservation, she happily moved us to a table, transferring our bill over with us, and continued to serve us for our dinner as well. The Dine Out menu was delicious all around and we'll definitely be back again for a future "appetizers & cocktails" or dinner evening again!
The pictures of this place is misguiding. This is not a restaurant just a food corner at Hilton
Lovely food and not too pricey. Some waiters were cheery and professional, others looked a bit sullen and like they didnt want to be there. The menu was reasonably substantial, but could do more to cater for allergy suffers in particular gluten and lactose intolerant people, of which there are many and its common place.

Good food and good service! We experienced a excited Christmas eve here...High recommended!
This is a hidden gem! We stopped in for dinner tonight before a show at the Queen Elizabeth theater. With both a Canucks game and the Grey Cup game happening at the same time we weren't sure what to expect for crowds. This restaurant had lots of tables, fantastic food and excellent service. We will be back.

Hendricks Resto-Lounge is the Restaurant/Bar inside the Hilton Downtown Vancouver.
Since we stayed in this hotel, we had two meals there.
In the evening, we had a Turkey Club Sandwiches, since we wanted something on the lighter side. This was bacon, turkey, cranberries, tomatoes, and lettuce served on cranberry sourdough bread which was as pretty as it was delicious. The sandwich came with a choice of fries, coleslaw, or a house salad. A full bar is offered for a choice beer, wine, and cocktails.
The restaurant is on the second level of the hotel and has a tree top view of the city and the buildings beside it, including the Vancouver Downtown Library, which was designed to resemble the Colosseum in Rome.
In the morning, the restaurant offers a Buffet Breakfast, or there are several Ala Carte choices. I had the Traditional Eggs Benny served with fruit.
Both meals were quite good and the staff was efficient and friendly. Reservations are offered, but we did not find them necessary on this weeknight. On the weekends, there is live music.
Hendricks serves three meals daily and the hours are 7AM – 10:45PM every-day.

Omar and Leo are fantastic. Went to Hendricks twice just for them! We are tourists visiting from America, and when I saw how cool Canadian coins are Leo gave me a coin from his wallet as a gift. It just shows how friendly he is and goes beyond his job to provide a welcoming environment for all walks of life that enter the establishment. Hats off to the two of them!!
