Foods quality is pretty good, services are excellent unfortunately there's a party charge for 18% which didn't mention on the booking, so bill raised up to more than 40% extra amount (depending your tips).....from $59/person to $90/person than CP valuation need to increase.
We went there first night staying at the hotel burger was iced cold. Tried second night, ordered calamari and chicken wings, calamari was rubbed and cold so as the chicken wings, they brought new hot wing but there was no taste to it. Do not recommend coming here!!!

I visited the restaurant overall, it was okay. However, I traveled from Toronto to Vancouver, so I believe the service should be more focused on the guest experience. The server did a good job, but to improve, I think there needs to be more interaction. There are many great restaurants in downtown Vancouver, so the service should be what sets this one apart and encourages people to return
Fatifa gave us awesome service. The waiter that seated us was a little edgy but Fatifa made up for it. Breakfast was good.

We chose Hendricks Resto Lounge for Sunday brunch to celebrate my husband's birthday, hoping for a special and enjoyable meal. Unfortunately, several issues detracted from the experience. The brunch buffet room felt cramped, and the floor was noticeably sticky. While the food was decent, refills were slow, and the dining tables were uncomfortably close together.
The most serious issue occurred at the end of the meal. I found a foreign object, which felt like a piece of nutshell or hard plastic, inside a mini cheese tart from the dessert buffet. We immediately informed a staff member, but despite their initial attention, we never received any follow-up from management.

A wonderfully put together Sunday brunch buffet. Great selection to choose from, and very tasty. Comfortable seating, and friendly staff and atmosphere.

Great food, great staff, wonderful experience! Thank you Hendricks Resto-Lounge, Vancouver, BC.!
Good experience overall for Sunday brunch; a smaller buffet area than I had expected, but a decent variety of food with good quality. Pork belly and omelette station were also great, and definitely left feeling full. Solid brunch buffet overall, and would consider coming back if I was in the area.

We were staying at the Hilton and ended up stopping by the hotel bar a few nights for cocktails, and we’re so glad we did! The bartenders were absolutely amazing and incredibly friendly.
On our first night, we had the pleasure of chatting with Omar, who not only made great drinks but also gave us super helpful tips for navigating the city and avoiding the crowds.
The next night, we were served by Leo, who was so sweet and recommended some local bars for us to check out, which ended up being a blast!
The bartenders here genuinely made a difference in our trip. Highly recommend stopping by for a drink!

I ordered a vegetarian Canelloni and it was 1canelloni with a lot of sauce. The $23 seemed very reasonable before I saw the Canelloni. However the beer and wine prices were quite reasonable ... although they have Peller Estates wine as the house wine which I will never touch (3.2 on Vivino). The person who served us was a great resource for picking wine though. I understand he is from France.

Came during happy hour. Server was kind and welcoming and pace of service very slow. Oddly, the 'all day's menu is not applicable during happy hour, only afterwards at 5pm. We were hoping to enjoy a late lunch. The happy hour menu was very small. No healthy vegetarian option. The nachos were very poorly executed, like you would expect at a convenience store. The salsa seemed out of a jar the sour cream was good. My partner had the calamari which was better. Drinks were good. The restaurant is not clean, food on chairs and floors. This restaurant is not up to the Hilton brand's standard and for $450/ night, either close the restaurant and only offer the bar from 3-5 or improve the offerings and experience. Thank you

Some food was good, some not.
Service was brutal. Our server literally just left after giving us food. Never saw her again. Had to go find someone after like 45 mins.
