We came to celebrate our friend’s birthday with a group of 10 People for dinner. The appetizers were delicious. Fresh wings and duck spring rolls was delicious. My husband and I had the sirloin steak and that was done to perfection! What stands out is that the food tastes fresh and never greasy ( even though some dishes were deep fried!).A shout out to manager David and his team for impeccable service!

We had a reservation for dinner at 8 pm. It wasnt busy at all. Our order took almost 30 minutes and the sever forgot our Appetizer. My wife's chicken sliders were burnt. Didn't expect this kind of service-sorry

Standard hotel restaurant in the Hilton. Went for breakfast and had avocado toast with eggs poached medium.Avocado had red onions and tomato mixed in like a guacamole but the taste was off. The toast was wet underneath so mostly inedible. Eggs were cold. Serving size was big but the food quality was a total miss.Would not recommend.

My server was the best part of our evening. I didn't quite catch his name though I think it might have been Alan. He was white, probably about 5"8 and didn't have a lot of hair. Never in my life had I had a server this great, and mind you, I am a VIP on OpenTable, which means I am a massive foodie and have been to tons of restaurants, also having lived in 3 countries and 6 cities. If whoever that's reading this can figure out the name of my server, please tell him we loved him lots! The live music was excellent. The food was amazing. The drinks were even better. I am totally taking all my loved ones to Hendricks.

Fabulous meal - stumbled on by chance. The menu is set exactly right with its variety. What they make they do incredibly well. Compliments to the chef for the superb food and exquisite presentation. Warm and attentive service with recommendations. Thanks especially to our waiter John. Very allergy conscious and helpful. Definitely try rhe sushi !
Hendricks Resto Lounge is the in-house restaurant for the Downtown Vancouver Hilton. We enjoyed 2 continental breakfasts (free from Hilton Diamond Members) that were impressive in its offerings. So much so that neither Gayle and I missed the cooked eggs and meat selections if we would have paid extra. And the coffee was very good. Restaurant staff were very attentive and handled table assignments one crowded morning very well and with a smile. In addition, the restaurant has a bar and offers Lunch and Dinner.

One of our servers/hosts was super nice, very helpful, accommodating of our needs and lovely. She was amazing! Another one of our servers was also very nice and helpful, but not all of them were as gracious or friendly. I tried the chicken schnitzel and it was okay. Tender and flavorful but not the best schnitzel ever. The veggies and mushroom sauce were good. Potatoes were not bad. My drink was very weak. The food presentation was okay, and some of the drinks were presented nicely. I don't think I would return but it was not a bad place for a business lunch.

Nothing super special, a typical hotel bar/lounge. It's a good option if you're looking for somewhere quiet in the evening. It would be nicer if it was a little more concealed and further away from the reception

Service was fantastic. The turkey club was really good. I especially loved the spicy bacon. The deep fried Brie with the jam was really good as per my daughter. Chocolate lava cake was delish, the cheesecake was a little on the dry side. Recommend the lava cake.
