So disappointed! Tried the half chicken at PNE Vancouver, the skin was so dry like a paper, the meat was also so tough…..will not recommend at all.

Henry's is a fixture at the Pacific National Exhibition. You can watch them grill massive amounts of chicken over their huge charcoal pit. The chicken is always tender and moist. A chicken dinner with fries or coleslaw is also quite affordable compared to a lot of the other vendors here.
