We had my mother's 80th celebration catered by Eat Heritage, looking for a Chinese traditional feast-type ambience, and the food didn't disappoint. Everybody had favourites, but the duck went especially quickly, and the kids dug into the fully loaded fried rice and veggie spring rolls. Me, I was all about the black sesame balls which people appreciated despite having to eat them as dessert when they were already stuffed. We had a nice mix of vegetarian and meatlover dishes with leftovers divvied up after the celebration. Completely happy with the catering service!
we have the eggplant stick , cucumber salad, fry rice and Peking duck. all are really tasty. service is really attentive. We will come back to try the other dishes, it would be nice if they will serve some nice Taiwanese tea and have the tap beer cheaper , $12 is kinda expensive
Vegetarian options: they can made you a off the menu vegetarian fry rice with cheese !

A nice edition to Main St, great tasting Chinese food and a fun cocktail list.
This is a cool venue for cocktails, especially if you enjoy smoky flavors. The Koji Kick drink is a must-try! The fried eggplant appetizer was excellent, featuring the perfect amount of crispiness and saltiness. However, the other dishes I tried tended to be on the salty side: the scallop stir-fried rice, the Manila clam, and the tofu dish.

I never leave reviews but beer for $12 lol food was only ok at best and the service was horrible. Drinks took forever and the waiter made excuses and tried to gaslit us about what he said. Wild.
Decor was nice sure.
Update 11/08/2024:
The restaurant acknowledged our experience and invited us back. It was a nice gesture and we appreciated the response. After giving the menu and service a second chance, we had a wonderful time. The eggplant fries and calamari are a must to order. The new beef noodles, along with the pork and dessert ice cream also spectacular.

Came here the other night and it looks like they’re still soft opening right now. Tried a few of their cocktails, and several dishes and all were excellent. The staff were friendly and gave us some great recommendations as well. Will definitely come back again to try the other items on the menu.
Parking: Depending on time of day, side street parking can be challenging.

Delicious food and lovely atmosphere before the dinner rush. My light meal was so good and the unique flavours were a great feature to otherwise traditional Chinese classics. Loved the decor too. Thank you

A pinnacle of pretentiousness
Owners think Chinese food in Vancouver are sloppy and not "fun". And they're going to make Chinese food "better." The arrogance is off the charts. 10/10 for the marijuana smell.

Restaurantji Recommends
I’ve been going to their W Pender and Cambie locations for years, and I love this Heritage 2.0 more! Highly recommend the fried squid and the sablefish! The service is very friendly and attentive. It’s only their second day here I’m excited to see what new dishes they’d add to the menu after grand opening.

This is the real deal if you want authentic chinese food. I was blown away by the peking duck, the dumplings, and the deep fried eggplant dish looks like french fries and are like nothing I've ever tasted before. I also learned they don't use MSG or bad oils - which I'm sure is why after eating so much food, I didn't feel heavy like I normally do after Chinese food. It's also a beautiful spot and has a good vibe. Already craving the dishes and will go back to try some of the other dishes.
