Most disappointing Japanese restaurant I have ever eaten at Had lunch today. I would never go there again. No taste, not fresh

Value had drastically dropped for average tasting food. I’ve been ordering their bento for years for decent value and today it was easily 50% less amount than it used to be, for a higher price! 4 bites of meat total. New up charge for beef. Rice is no longer included. Tempura is now sliced so thin that all you taste is batter. No more tofu included. Less salad too. Don’t pay $25 for this, go somewhere else. They have lost a loyal customer, so very disappointed.

My boyfriend and I came here for dinner and really enjoyed the food and service :)

Everyone was so lovely, and they played Disney instrumentals, which created a wonderful atmosphere... Definitely recommend checking them out!

Dietary restrictions: They were so understanding about my allergy to sesame :)

What happened? The food quality has definitely gone down since the last time I've been here. Had the Bento Box A for dinner. The beef teriyaki was mushy and teped. Asked for the chicken instead and that was hard, chewy and cold...probably old. The rice was mushy. Table beside me encountered the same. Guess they're not making things fresh anymore. Would expect a little more for a $20+ meal. Prawn tempura and agedashi tofu were good, but I won't be coming back unfortunately.

This used to be my go-to spot since it’s close to home, but my boyfriend got food poisoning after eating sushi here. Definitely NOT coming back.

Awesome sushi resto. Very delicious — we ordered a bunch of things but couldn’t decide which was better as they were all excellent! Definitely worth the visit and highly recommended. I’ll be back here often!

I recently dined at this Japanese restaurant, and I have to say, it’s far from authentic. I ordered the Oyako Don, which was incredibly salty and soaked in soy sauce, making it unpleasant to eat. Along with the donburi, I tried a few different types of sushi.

The toro and hamachi sushi were acceptable, but the ikura sushi was terrible. It had a strong fishy smell, and it seemed like the ikura had been sitting out for a while. After one bite, I couldn’t bring myself to finish it. The saba sushi was equally disappointing. They torched the surface, which gave it an overpowering burnt smell that completely masked the natural taste of the saba. I have no idea why they thought burning the fish was necessary, but it resulted in the worst saba sushi I’ve ever had.

Overall, the food quality was subpar, and it didn’t live up to the standards of authentic Japanese cuisine. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant if you’re looking for an authentic Japanese dining experience.
