I was here not long ago and my card wasn’t tapping so the manager I think, told me that there was a problem with that batch of cards and told me if I call my bank they would send me a new one and then he made us a fresh batch of drumsticks and he was so nice!

I LOVE HIFIVE CHICKEN! Genuinely some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever had. My boyfriend introduced this place to me and since then I haven’t been able to stop eating it!
The batter for the fried chicken is light and not greasy at all. The chicken is all freshly batter and fried which you can tell from the quality of the food. The home style sandwhich is one of my favourite burgers I’ve had ever! I would also highly recommend the chicken strips and popcorn chicken - the serving is huge to what the price is.
The only downside is how long it takes them to make the food. For fast food it isn’t very fast - expect to wait about 15 minutes for your order. The reason for this is because all the chicken is being freshly made - which in my opinion is quite worth the wait.

Tried out this local chain and it wasn’t bad. Found the original chicken to be a bit bland but the spicy is better. No white meat breast unless you get boneless. Fries were good but sadly no drink refills, for the prices they charge you should be able to get free refills

Nice food and friendly employees. Chicken is juicy and crispy, will come again!
I personally found the food to be delicious. Kudos on the customer service and the place looked super clean. Fried chicken burger wasn't over greasy like some other competitors and the roast chicken burger was tasty too. I wish they had Coca-Cola but not a huge deal since they had other drink options outside of Pepsi. I'll definitely be coming back.
Update from my last visit:
I've visited Hi Five Chicken more than a couple of times . Their owner has been there everytime serving as the cashier. Great service. I ordered dine in and they brought out the food to our table which was a nice touch. I always order the Spicy Roasted Chicken Sandwich which was always amazing. Too bad they serve Pepsi because Coca-Cola Zero would have made it amazing. Overall, it was really worth the vist.
Every time I have come here I have been told that there is a wait of 15 minutes however I have been forced to wait almost 30-40 minutes both times. Meanwhile I see people order through Uber and get their order ready in 5 or so minutes.
