Amazing experience at Hi Five Chicken! The customer service was top-notch — staff were friendly, welcoming, and quick to help. The food was super fresh, hot, and full of flavor. One of the best fried chicken we’ve had in Richmond. The staff were very welcoming and the food came out nice and hot. One highlight of our meal was the mash potatoes, it’s not often you get good mashed potatoes at a fast food chain restaurant but theirs was delicious. Would definitely recommend. We will be back.
