Went in at 9:40pm. The staff told me to wait for 16 minutes for roast chicken, so I did. After 20 minutes, I got my order and went home.
When I opened it at home, I was devastated seeing the fried chickens instead of roasted. This alone deserves 0 star. I did not come all the way to Ironwood for some random fried chicken.
If it wasn’t for the chicken being so juicy and crunchy, this alone would be a 1-star review. Although the seasoning is a little lackluster, the spicy homemade sauce easily made up for it with its zest and spice. The quality of the fried chicken saved to and turn it into a 3-star instead

Yesterday i came here for the second time to buy chicken and fries, tbh, the guy who was there gave us the fries which were already cooked and i ordered Hot chicken wings instead he gave us a regular one. It looked like the guy doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I decided to came here because of the quality of the food which i got first time and the customer service was excellent too as at that time i was greeted by a girl and both of them seems to be working hard except the guy i met this time.

The staff at this restaurant are very attentive and dedicated, and the food is prepared deliciously. However, the management seems a bit disorganized. Compared to other Hi five in Vancouver area, there are many restrictions here — for example, other locations allow mixing original and spicy chicken legs, but this one does not. Similarly, drink refills are not available. This makes me wonder if this location is truly part of the same franchise, or if there are other special operational rules in place.

I ordered the two piece fried spicy chicken combo .the chicken tasted fresh and not very oily it has a nice crunch to it and the spicy was not overpowering.
The service was very good too.
Only downside is there is no free refills for fountain drinks

I was here not long ago and my card wasn’t tapping so the manager I think, told me that there was a problem with that batch of cards and told me if I call my bank they would send me a new one and then he made us a fresh batch of drumsticks and he was so nice!
