The all day special was great for the price and plenty filling for dinner. I got the gomaae, deep fried pork gyoza and chicken teriyaki don and was super satisfied with each. Nothing fancy, just simple comfort food exactly like I was looking for.

I asked for "no tempura bits", but the sushi had tempura bits. I called before placing the order and asked if I can order without tempura bits, and the lady that picked up the phone said yes.So I left it in the notes, but no one paid attention. I cannot eat tempura bits due to allergy.. please pay attention to order notes!If you think you cannot fulfill the request, just cancel and refund, instead of ignoring it and making the food anyway.I have been to your restaurant a few times. Your food and service were usually good. Just please follow order notes. Thanks.Update: Thank you for your response. I understand that we all make mistakes, and that it wasn't intentional. Went here for lunch and ordered the sashimi bento box. The amount of food you get for the price is fairly decent though I do question the freshness.The service was lacking. Server took my order and brought my food and then stood in the middle of the establishment and watched. There was no quality check and only offered to fill my tea when I asked for the bill.What bothered me the most was the fruit fly infestation. Once my food arrived I was swarmed by them constantly having to swat them away. This makes me wonder about the overall cleanliness of the restaurant which I can only assume is lacking.I will not be back.
I ordered sushi from here last night. My food was delivered with USED CHOPSTICKS inside. I will add my photo for proof. This is beyond disgusting. I called the restaurant and they offered no solution other than telling me to use other chopsticks. How does this even happen to a to-go order?I also ordered a devil tail roll which had no mention of any spicy sauce in the description but arrived covered in Siracha sauce. When I mentioned this to the manager she said “yea the description is wrong. We’re too busy. Request a refund.” And then hung up on me.I was shocked and appalled at this response.I will never eat from here again. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to order take out from here. And if anyone knows the health and safety inspectors number I think they should be called.
