This is a must visit place for anyone wanting a relaxing and comforting spot to eat. Their food is amazing and I always go here with my mother to have their pineapple bun with salted butter. Their luncheon meat and macaroni in tomato soup is definetly a dish that amazes me. Service is super and I consistenly visit here all the time. My top HK style restraunt in Vancouver!!

The service is great and the waiter Josh always friendly and smile whenever I come in. I love the different pineapple buns they have, especially the chocolate and salted egg, the bread is very soft.

This is my go to spot when I take my dog to Fraser River Park. Their pineapple bun with butter is great. They have outdoor seating where you can seat with your dogs. Last time I dined inside for the first time and had curry rice with beef brisket. Portion was good! And it was tasty.

This place really lives up to the hype. Tucked away in an industrial area, it was still packed on a Saturday afternoon. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent. A really family friendly place with a nice clean atmosphere and tall kids chairs for children that are too small for adult chairs but too big for highchairs. A really nice touch that I've never seen at any other restaurant

A middle aged waitress - who im not sure if shes the owner had a extremely unprofessional, unwelcoming attitude.
The food is decent but the customer service was exceptionally awful.

Horrible service and attitude, I order online and you choose for pick up at 9:30am, when I arrived food is not ready, I wait for another 20mins until I get my food.
When the guy hang over my order, there’s no bag included… he said I didn’t “order” the take out bag, I said I guess I need a bag, he told me $0.25, when I paid at cashier she told me $0.50?
What a joke!?
Then I have to pack everything by myself.
This is ridiculous, one of the waitresses is horrible, the face is like someone owes her a million dollars and the way she talks is very rude either.
I will never come back.
Just give you guys a heads up, very bad attitude, the only good one is the Indian guy who works there.

The staff are always very polite and welcoming. I was only there for half an hour but the staff made sure to greet every customer that came in no matter what they were doing. I’ve only tried their chicken pies so far (which are amazing), but I will definitely return with friends.

Honestly, the absolute best pineapple bun I've ever had in my entire life. My favorite prior to this was Michele Cake Shop and yet this one ...takes the cake. It is so pillowy soft and delicious with butter.
Do I live nearby? Absolutely not. Do I make the trek for my pineapple bun fix? You betcha.
