We went at 11:15 so no wait and lots of tables. All the soups were delicious. Service was fast. By the time we left an hour later most of the tables were full.

Incredible food as always, I felt welcome here after a long day and enjoyed the cozy atmosphere. Highly recommend if it's raining and cold out.

We had a wonderful lunch at Hokkaido Ramen Santouka and absolutely loved it! The Shio Ramen was rich, creamy, and incredibly flavorful - comfort in a bowl. The atmosphere is great, and the staff were welcoming and attentive.

Thank you for the amazing food and service - we’ll definitely be back!

Had the vegetarian ramen - really liked it(with some extra chilli powder added) and the fact that they had an assortment of veggies added in.Husband had their spicy pork ramen which was also good.

Consistently high quality food and service. You can tell chef makes effort on each dish. Yummm..

The Japanese cream soda is epic
But the kara miso Ramen did not taste as good as expected
Was hoping for a richer broth, savourer taste and more spicy
Chasho was not bad

Great ramen spot! You can choose between a small or large size, and there are options for individual bowls or combos — though I don’t think the combo saves you much. I really liked the ambiance: not too loud, not too quiet. Service was good, and the ramen tasted great. The only thing is the chashu could have been a bit more tender. If you like spicy food, you can ask the server for their chili pepper — it’s worth trying!

The Taste was good but they gave me exactly two slices of meat for my chasu ramen. Very disappointing. I probably won't go back as there are many other ramen places around the area. The actual atmosphere and wait staff are very nice. Just seems to be very cheap on ingredients.

Decent ramen spot on West Broadway. Price, portion, and taste were all just okay—nothing mind-blowing but nothing bad either. Service was so-so, but not a dealbreaker. Overall, it's a convenient place for a quick lunch. I’d give it 5 stars because it did the job, and I’ll probably come back. Solid choice if you're nearby and want something easy and reliable.

small portion, chashu was just tough meat that’s barely edible. what even is this?

It was a rainy day and having a nice hot bien of ramen really warms you up. This is especially if it's a bowl of tasty ramen cooked to the right texture. The broth was full of flavor and the meat melts in your mouth. This is definitely a must try

Delicious ramen. Unpretentious spot, quick and polite service. Pork jowl is especially tasty.
