I absolutely love having Honour Roll on UBC’s campus as a quick and delicious place to get a bite after my lectures. The best dish is the bulgogi! It’s so affordable to get here compared to other restaurants off campus and it tastes so good! I also really like the poke bowls! Everything tastes so fresh and delicious. It’s definitely my fave restaurant on campus!

The sushi isn’t great- often drenched in sauce, very salty, and dry. Location is very convenient for when I’m ever craving sushi, and I like the 99 cent miso option. However, I only go here if I’m super hungry.

This place used to be somewhat decent, but it seems to have gone downhill in a big way. Skimpy portions, and the chicken in my Bento box tasted like it was days old.
In fact, none of it was fresh. The tempura was soggy and tepid, the California rolls couldn't have been smaller (only 4 pcs as well).
About the only thing that was passable was the edamame, and even that wasn't really seasoned in any appreciable way. Too bad!

Honour roll has a great selection of really good priced, fresh food. The sushi is tasty and the udon is a really large portion
Food was good for it's price, although I'm not sure why they skimped out on the vegetables and not the meat. Not complaining though, it was sustainable and fair! It wasn't anything exceptional, just something that you could chow down without any concerns.

Lowk confused about the open hours here bc it says on google that they open till 6 but the whole place is closed when I got here at 5:45. Btw the sushi rolls are really bad the salmon in there tastes like mush the only thing edible is prob the takoyaki
