GREAT wonton, mid soup and noodle, bad pork shumai. Their shumai is $9cad on Doordash so I wonder why they wouldn’t add shrimp and make it great. It costs as much as a wonton soup dish.

Will order more wonton in the future though. I’ve tried many across North America and this is up there in texture and flavor.

Great fried rice, quick and excellent service. Deserves better rating

They do their rice a little too al dente for my liking. But it is delicious.

I got pork siu and it was very good. I should have got soup based meal though my friend got one and it was very good

The place is small and quaint, definitely a scaled down version that leans towards efficiency and streamlined service. Food is always amazing and decent portion sizes.

The noodles were quite nice, but I found the wontons not as flavorful as the ones I used to have at Hon’s on Robson Street. The restaurant is small with limited seating, the service is good. The two young Waitress servers were both very friendly.

Serious safety concerns, people and food.

Very racist lady’s. Cashier had a strong malicious attitude throughout entire experience. First about seating in an empty restaurant. No one came to take my order, instead gloveless touching mobile phones, hair & then kitchen utensils to cook food.

Then when I had observation about my order she started to scream at me.

It’s a shame to be so self hating that you take it out on customers. One waitress was cordial and clearly embarrassed by her colleague. Food is poor quality, very cheap!

Great cha chaan teng style
Hong Kong dimsum place. Great quality!

The wontons were way too salty, and the rice noodles were overcooked. Due to dietary restrictions, we asked if any of the food or sauces contained garlic. The lady responded rudely and insisted that they don’t use garlic in any of their dishes or sauces. However, my friend still had a reaction when she got home.

I ordered a wonton soup. I could almost not eat it as the wontons are too salty. Not a pleasant dish.

Won's used to be a decent place. Portion sizes are now ridiculously small, our 2 mains were literally child sized entrees on child sized plates.
If I ever go back, I'm bringing a banana for scale because posting a picture with the banana wrapped around the child sized plate will be really funny.

Food is decent, but this shrinkflation is ridiculous. It's the worst I've seen from any other restaurant. At least they tried to hide how tiny the portions are with the child sized plates, but it's not just the thought that counts.

Singapore noodle came with the smallest shrimp, I don't even know where you can buy shrimp that small.

Wheelchair accessibility: Fine with smaller power chair. Tables might be a bit low if you're using a modern, bigger chair.

I ordered via Door Dash. The soup was awesome and a really good serving. The veggie spring rolls were light and crisp! The broccoli beef was very tasty. I would definitely order again!!

Not the same HON'S, the food does not have the same flavor as the original HON'S in Chinatown.
