Seriously wondering if the 5 star reviews are real… First, the bubble tea is terrible - on the menu they even tell you that their milk tea uses POWDER, not actual tea/milk. I ordered the papaya fruit drink and could not taste any papaya, only syrup/way too sweet. Second, the bubble waffle tastes like it’s just made of sugar, there’s no egg taste. Lastly, service from the female boss was non existent, she talks as if she hates her customers. The male boss seemed a bit more friendly.

This is my go to spot for bubble tea in Vancouver, overall best value and quality in the city, full stop. It is family owned and operated and they take pride and care in delivering an no frills experience of the highest quality. The fresh fruit is consistently delicious, the bubbles are perfect, the weekly specials are inventive and always A great deal.

I love this place. I’ve been coming here for years and hope to keep coming for many more.

Recently moved to Cambie and found this lost gem. Tried their original bubble tea and the roasted milk tea in my last two trips. Drinks taste very authentic and I can immediately tell they are made of quality material. Has strong milk and tea flavour, FAR BETTER than any chain store such as Chatime YET PRICED ONLY 70%. The owners are super nice people, when I was getting my drink I saw the owner chased a customer to give back their forgotten backpack. Looking forward to try more items on their menu.

Very tasty bubble tea, with weekly specials. Not much seating so this is definitely more of a take-out place. The atmosphere is very similar to Milk and Sugar on Kingsway, so if you like Milk and Sugar, you're sure to like this place too! Definitely worth a visit if you live or work in the area.

Dropped in for a quick drink! The tea is very strong and not sweet. They all come with free bubbles and very light ice. Highly recommend, looks family run! Has a chalkboard menu and only a couple tables for sitting inside. Very fast service, went in on a Saturday afternoon and there was no line, drinks came out 2 minutes after we ordered. Would definitely come back! Their drinks and food are so reasonably priced and I’d love to try their bubble waffles next.

The guy has anger issues - I asked if I could pay a mix of cash and card and he started yelling at me in Chinese...if he wanted to save on the transaction fee he could have just said so calmly.

Ordered the bubble waffle and it tasted so bland. This store sells everything but does nothing well. A cheap jack of all trades tea shop.

Never coming back
