Take out items are below par. Ordered a pho that came with meat balls instead of pork belly stated on the menu. Portion for takeout has also significantly shrunk. I've had positive dine in experience in the past but takeout experience was beyond disappointing. I understand the restaurant is transitioning to its sister restaurant, hope they'll be able to uphold the quality and standard when they first opened.

Can't believe I can find a Vietnamese restaurant I actually don't like, we ordered pho and this confit duck frybread, to be honest this frybread taste pretty good, but my 3 years old daughter almost chocked on the bone inside(look at the picture, how long the bone is), pho is too salty, and the beef slices all stuck together, still raw in the middle, too busy to separate them?

Before quarantine I would go to house special at least a couple times a month. The decor of the place is clean and inviting, staff are nice, and the food is very good. I've tried most things on the menu and have never been disappointed. The house special pho is my favourite, but I also love their spring rolls and duck fry bread. Can't wait to go back!

OMG!!! How great is the restaurant!? Literally the best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever come across with so far!!! Every dish is soooo good. Shaken beef was a dream. Can't recommend more. Vibe was great.

Good food overall. I had the sate pho which was good a bit on the lighter side. I like it when it's much thicker but what can ya say it's all opinions here. The location is cute but a little off the beaten path for me in the fancy pancy yaletown. An easy miss! My friend ordered some pork with rice and it tasted delicious.

Most of the updated menu changes have been good, but am greatly disappointed the pork spring rolls are no longer on the menu and the vegan ones are okay but don't hold a candle to the pork ones. Not sure why they aren't on the menu but i would always order 1 or two orders. Please bring them back.

Very good food and very nice and professional service. Personally I wish that the ambient was more suited for late night dinner and few drinks. If I came there for lunch it would be a perfect spot.

Excellent friendly staff. 1st time but definately will be back again. Short ribs were tender and delicious and the spring rolls were fabulous. The staff were so accommodating and helpgul.
