Very delicious and healthy food. The customer service is very friendly and nice. I talked to the manager Puneet and she is very fun to interact with and served me in no time. 10/10 recommended :))

About a week ago we ordered three dishes for pick up. When we got home and started eating, we realized that all three dishes were missing pickled onion and cilantro and one was also missing micro greens and another ingredient. My partner and I were splitting two dishes, the green curry and a ponzu, and I didn't realize which one I was eating because it was so different from the delicious bowls we get at the Metrotown location (shouldn't be able to confuse ponzu and green curry!)
All three dishes had missing ingredients, the sauce wasn't good, there was edamame in a dish that doesn't have edamame, and one of the bowls randomly tasted overwhelmingly of seaweed/fish.
As the shop had closed for the night, we couldn't return our food, but none of us ate our dishes.
I wrote the shop, explained the issue in full and stated that I would like a refund, but I have not received a reply.
Hula Metrowtown is delicious and the staff are great, but I would steer clear of this location if you want to receive what you order.
I almost never leave reviews, but this was shockingly awful with no follow up from the business.

Tried the poke bowl and it was a complete waste of money. It was just rice mixed with sauce and vegetables, topped with a few pieces of fried pork belly and some coriander leaves. No taste at all.

I visited huke puke bowl for bowl. Its too refresh and tasty. Navneet made my bowl so zimmy. She is so helpful and her profecinal approch is too impressive. I will difenetly come again. Lovethe taste

My bowl at Hula Waterfront was refreshing and perfectly balanced. The peaceful waterfront seating made it even better. Navneet a girl there was served us with cute smile she is very helpful and good girl. i will for sure come back.
