I miss the old menu and format - chicken added in salads isn’t the same as it used to be and changes the flavour of the whole salad.

Ordered from here and loved the taco salad one time so I ordered it again and it was horrible. Forgot the sauce and the chicken and the lettuce was so so soggy. Ordered it again thinking it was a one time thing and the same thing happened, ordered AGAIN and was exactly the same as the last two times. They would not give me a refund either

Premium price for sub par food. Had a burger and fries, took 15 minutes when the place was empty. Fries were soggy and not fully cooked, patty had no seasoning at all and tasted very bland.

Spent $ 23.00 on a burger, Fries, and an Ice-tea. It came with 1 sauce. I asked for a side of ketchup........they proceeded to charge$0.55 plus tax........won't be going back.Its things like this that kills the experience at the restaurant.No fault to the service person.

It started by providing smaller portions, then changing ingredients and now is a complete different menu that doesn’t get any close to what it used to be.Not sure what is happening with Vancouver restaurants nowadays.
Used to be a great place I go with colleagues to grab salads couple of times per week but non of us going there anymore, they have changed the menu to too many random options and lost concentration on making high quality salads. the chicken on Avacoda taco salad ( the best seller before the change) has changed from nice seasoned grilled chicken into some tasteless steamed chicken. I hope they validate such changes gradually as everyone I almost know didn’t like the change and is not going back these days.

Make Hungry Guys Great Again. This place used to be the best spot for quick healthy food. I used to go twice a week like clockwork and I have been there once since the menu changes. Waited 20 minutes for a burger. Yes it was a good burger, however I don’t have time during the workday for that kind of thing nor do I regularly want to have a burger for lunch. Me and 5 of my co workers would visit very regularly and none of us go there anymore. It’s a shame since it used to be such a great spot. Please bring back the old Hungry Guys, we miss you terribly.

They revamped their menu towards burgers, pasta, there is only three salad bowls now and myself and my husband had pretty bad experience with those. Tomatoes in mine seemed to be on the verge of going bad. And the salad tasted meh. Very disappointed with the new HGK. Not going back again and I used to be a regular customer. Also their line up situation is just confusing now. Strange strange moves all around.
