Absolutely 10/10. Leisurely no rush dining , superb service ( the test : never realized my water glass was being filled ) . We ordered the Hydra favourite of lightly fried zucchini and eggplant , shared the sea bream family platter grilled ( the potatoes are incredible ). Sea bream beautifully filleted at the table . We finished with the olive oil chocolate cake - decadent . The cocktails are inventive . An overall incredible dining experience .
