The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. They were so helpful with all my questions and finding a nice selection for gifts. You can tell they truly care about their customers. I also treated myself to a strawberry cup and my partner got a milkshake both were delicious. We will definitely be back!

Spotted the “Hype” truck outside Pacific Centre. The cute setup and bold claim “Best hot chocolate in the city” attracted my attention. Decided to give it a try… and wow — it really is the best hot chocolate I’ve had in Vancouver! Pretty cold and windy today, but the girls on the truck were so warm and friendly, made the whole experience extra sweet. Didn’t know they’re stationed there regularly! Can’t wait to come back on a workday for more of that strawberry fondue! 🍓🍫

I went to hype for my first time today and it will most likely be the last. We purchased a very over priced box of freeze dried candy at roughly $28 for the box and the candy inside was basically inedible. If you Google freeze dried candy it’s not supposed to be chewy and this was so chewy my girlfriend and I were worried about breaking a tooth!
