Stopped by Bendick’s Ice Cream Factory looking for the very first time and was instantly greeted by the sweetest lady—pretty sure her name was Monika. She was super friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about all sorts of ice cream and especially allergy info (huge plus!).

Bought and tried the bucket of Kulfi Mango ice cream—WOW, absolutely delicious! Ended up grabbing a few boxes of popsicles too. Not only is this place serving top-tier ice cream, but Monika’s warm energy and customer service made the whole visit unforgettable. Thank-you for making me and my family so happy and for sharing your amazing knowledge about ice cream! 💛🍦

Awesome hidden gem! My husband and I had gone twice on our own, and today, we brought our 3 kids. Monica is always welcoming and patient. Also very generous, giving our kids some free ice cream, she said for Halloween treat! Such a sweet lady! ♥️

Wonderful variety of frozen treats every time! The Bendick’s branded ice creams are our favourites, especially ube, green tea, and kulfi.

I had such a wonderful experience here. The lady working at the counter was incredibly kind, patient, and welcoming, she genuinely made me feel like a valued customer. She took the time to explain the flavors and even offered helpful suggestions based on what I liked. The ice cream was creamy, rich in flavor, and clearly made with quality ingredients. This place is such a hidden gem, it’s rare to find somewhere with both great products and such warm service. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending it to friends! 🍦💖

Excellent customer service from Monica. She’s very friendly, but best of all Bendick’s ube ice cream is the best we have here in vancouver bring back memories of our childhood from our home country Philippines. Go try it!

Don't tell anybody about this place. It's too good for some people to know about. It's a hidden ice cream store in the middle of industrial south Vancouver. I heard about the prices and I had to see for myself. This place is legit. Heads up if you are going they prefer cash and you may get a 50¢ extra charge on your card. Other than that it's a well kept shop and the people were nice. I bought a box of popsicles and a 1L tub of ice cream for $8.50 that's insane while some people are waiting >1hour for Ernest which sells at a way higher price Bendicks sells at bulk prices. Bring your friends and give them an NDA or the secret will be lost 🙂

Bendicks is a great place for ice cream … great value and the kulfi is exceptional. Monica was very welcoming and efficient . Factory made ice cream … couldn’t be any fresher!!!
