Excellent customer service from Monica. She’s very friendly, but best of all Bendick’s ube ice cream is the best we have here in vancouver bring back memories of our childhood from our home country Philippines. Go try it!

Don't tell anybody about this place. It's too good for some people to know about. It's a hidden ice cream store in the middle of industrial south Vancouver. I heard about the prices and I had to see for myself. This place is legit. Heads up if you are going they prefer cash and you may get a 50¢ extra charge on your card. Other than that it's a well kept shop and the people were nice. I bought a box of popsicles and a 1L tub of ice cream for $8.50 that's insane while some people are waiting >1hour for Ernest which sells at a way higher price Bendicks sells at bulk prices. Bring your friends and give them an NDA or the secret will be lost 🙂

Bendicks is a great place for ice cream … great value and the kulfi is exceptional. Monica was very welcoming and efficient . Factory made ice cream … couldn’t be any fresher!!!

Cheap and absolutely delicious

Good ice cream selection and prices. They have the whole Sara ice cream cake selection there! Even decorate you own ones. The lady there was super nice and helpful. The mango and cookies and cream bennicks ice cream was worth getting again 😋

I had a fabulous experience here. Monika was accommodating and extra helpful. I loved the ice creams we picked out and it was a steal for the quality of ice cream u get! No complaints here.

Great deals, friendly staff

Good deals but the products have no expiration date? I just went today and I trusted this brand to have ice cream in good condition but I didn’t bother to check. When I got home, I found out one of the ice cream containers had a HUGE slash on the side and was bound to start leaking ice cream. Also a root beer ice slush was bought but the expiration date said 12/14/19?? Selling outdated products..? Wouldn’t that be a health code violation? It’s nice to buy from this brand but just be careful about the condition.

I’m updating my review a week later. I returned to Bendicks to buy more cookie dough ice cream. The staff remembered me and asked to make things right from my review. The customer service was amazing. They asked me to show them the defective products. They asked what they could do better. And they offered me free product to make up for the disappointments in my last purchase. 100% recommended.

3* review: I visited last Friday afternoon. Prices are excellent. The ice cream cakes are beautifully decorated and $22 each. I didn’t need one this time so I bought a few other things to assess quality. The cookie dough bites from Our Compliments were super popular with my family & we’ll be buying again ($5). The Coconut Bliss brand gluten free vegan ice cream sandwich ($3) was disgusting (salty & mealy) but that wasn’t the stores fault. Both of these products were fresh & looked pristine. I also bought small tubs of ice cream ($2) that looked like it was made on site. It was in paper tubs that say Lik on the outside. I asked the cashier where it was from and didn’t get a straight answer. Many of the containers were dirty on the outside like another reviewer mentioned. The strawberry had real fruit in it and would have been delicious if it wasn’t freezer burnt and hard as a rock. The vanilla was inedible. It had clearly fully melted, separated and refroze. It was a block of ice. We threw it away. So long story short, there are some great deals but it is a gamble.
