Desserts are getting pretty expensive nowadays. This bowl of coconut milk tapiocas is $10. But serving is quite a big bowl. Generally ok with the food.

I order from Icy bar on Uber all the time to get their black rice and coconut tapioca desserts (often on BOGO free deals). I dined in for the first time and their toasts are really tasty! They cut the bread and each piece is toasted, but still soft. I'll definitely come back back for these!
One of our servers was awesome and super friendly, while the one who brought our food was not (dropped our tray of food on the table rather than placing it down). I'll still opt to come here rather than Snackshot across the street as their desserts are better overall.

Haven’t visited an Icy bar in years. When we arrived it was fairly slow with only 1 table being full. By the time we got our desserts, the restaurant was packed! We got there just in time clearly
The staff were friendly and helpful with the menu and the desserts were yummy :),

Casual dessert but great for the price.
Was not expecting to like it as much as I did. Most items were good. The ice and the grass jelly dessert were great. Good portions too. Only complaint is the apple slushie which did not have slushie consistency and the apple taste was very artificial but I didn’t mind (when does apple not taste artificial?)

Many people know about the shaved ice where they put the toppings on unflavoured ice, but if you order the FLAVOURED icy, that’s where the ice is shaved into thin layers that are fully flavoured already!!
We got mango with matchi mochi and taro mochi. Mainly because my friend was craving it. I would’ve chose some fruit haha.
