This place has been here for a decade. Easy parking and quick service. I got a couple desserts recommended by our server. Real nice... I've never tried these 2 particular desserts before and loved them.
Decor is simple nothing special but that didn’t discourage me. I’ll definitely come back again and try other items 😀

Wow! You have to try their tapioca coconut milk dessert with pudding and some other topping of your choice - you won’t regret it. We got one with chendol and one with mango star jelly, both with pudding, on the recommendation of our friends.
Chendol is a good choice if you’re following a low-sugar diet. My partner loved his so much that he ate (and drank) the whole bowl in half the time it took the rest of us (five of us!) to finish ours. We will for sure order from here again for the same desserts!

Purchased a personalized icy, they were so stingy with the toppings despite the price. On top of that I paid an extra $2.50 for a bottle of condensed milk They advertised it as bottled condensed milk however I received a tiny plastic container, halfway filled with condensed milk. Picture attached.

We visited around 10 PM yesterday, and unfortunately, our experience with one of the staff members was disappointing. The young Asian woman who served us seemed disinterested from the start—she didn’t acknowledge us, was wearing earbuds, and came across as quite rude. Simple requests like asking for bowls, a knife, or even extra condensed milk were met with visible annoyance and attitude. It felt like she didn’t want to be there, and there was no effort to be welcoming or professional. It’s unfortunate because service like this really affects the overall experience. Judging by other reviews, it seems like this might be a recurring issue.
