This place has been here for a decade. Easy parking and quick service. I got a couple desserts recommended by our server. Real nice... I've never tried these 2 particular desserts before and loved them.
Decor is simple nothing special but that didn’t discourage me. I’ll definitely come back again and try other items 😀

Wow! You have to try their tapioca coconut milk dessert with pudding and some other topping of your choice - you won’t regret it. We got one with chendol and one with mango star jelly, both with pudding, on the recommendation of our friends.
Chendol is a good choice if you’re following a low-sugar diet. My partner loved his so much that he ate (and drank) the whole bowl in half the time it took the rest of us (five of us!) to finish ours. We will for sure order from here again for the same desserts!

Purchased a personalized icy, they were so stingy with the toppings despite the price. On top of that I paid an extra $2.50 for a bottle of condensed milk They advertised it as bottled condensed milk however I received a tiny plastic container, halfway filled with condensed milk. Picture attached.

We visited around 10 PM yesterday, and unfortunately, our experience with one of the staff members was disappointing. The young Asian woman who served us seemed disinterested from the start—she didn’t acknowledge us, was wearing earbuds, and came across as quite rude. Simple requests like asking for bowls, a knife, or even extra condensed milk were met with visible annoyance and attitude. It felt like she didn’t want to be there, and there was no effort to be welcoming or professional. It’s unfortunate because service like this really affects the overall experience. Judging by other reviews, it seems like this might be a recurring issue.

We recently visited Ice Bar, and while the food was decent, the overall dining experience was extremely disappointing due to the poor service. A teenage girl who appeared to be one of the servers was very rude and clearly showed a bad attitude from the moment we walked in. She threw two menus onto the table without a greeting or smile and walked away immediately.
When we were ready to order, she just stood there silently, didn’t ask any questions, and didn’t respond when we spoke to her—she acted like she couldn’t hear us at all. Throughout the entire service, she wore earbuds and looked visibly impatient and uninterested. We weren’t even offered a glass of water. When she brought the food, she just dropped it off and walked away without saying a single word.
To make things worse, she kept glancing at us from the front counter in a way that felt uncomfortable and disrespectful. This kind of service completely ruined the experience. Even though the food was okay, the unprofessional attitude made us not want to return.
Teenage girl working behind the counter was incredibly rude and disrespectful while taking our order and while we were paying. Not only was she rude she was on her phone the WHOLE time. She was extremely unprofessional and her service is terrible, the food was great though. Would come again.

Stores closes at 12am, came here at 11:30 to do take out. The girl wearing glasses had a really bad attitude, threw the food at me and lied saying that they close at 11:30, in that case why would they take my order?
