Having just wrapped up our 100+ person wedding with Ilaria and her team, we cannot begin to express how incredibly lucky we feel to have found her. From start to finish Ilaria has been informative, professional, responsive, and very invested in making our day as special as possible. The food was INCREDIBLE. Everything was hot and delicious and I had so many guests sharing that they have never had such delicious wedding food. Our charcuterie board for cocktail hour was insanely beautiful. I hired Ila for her catering services for my wedding, my cousin also hired her for her wedding so I have had two positive experiences with her.
Overall I’m happy to say that Ila’s food is delicious. Her food is well cooked, balanced, and affordable. Ila also puts time into developing a relationship with her customers. As my now husband and I were very confused on portions, bartending and everything else in regards to food Ila was very willing to give us advise, include missing pieces in our catering package and hunt for additional staff we needed.
Portion size was very important to my husband as he is someone who has a large appetite and is often left hungry. Happy to say that not only was he satisfied, he was stuffed! Multiple guests approached me later complementing the food and the amounts. (and on my cousins wedding he went back for seconds and thirds... omg)
We had a small hiccup with timing in my wedding and my cousin’s for one reason or another but Ila came very positive and ready to adapt to what was needed. Just make sure you outline in advance if you have a really tight or specific schedule that needs to be followed to avoid our mistakes.

We hired Ilaria for our wedding last summer and were deeply let down by the food services provided. They ran out of chicken / salmon for the remaining 10 guests and 8 vendors. The mixed vegetable dish was completely forgotten. Most of the food didn’t taste at all like the tasting we had in the winter. It was very bland or rosemary on the potatoes missed.
Mainly overall quality of the food was not as tasted. We paid an $800+ up front tip for 110 guests (8 of which didn’t show up for the wedding and 5 kids who didn’t eat much)
When voicing our concerns after the wedding she came up with excuse after excuse; all we wanted was our tip returned and we were told our guests ate too much and then we were ghosted via emails. My wife’s sister/maid of honour was one of the last people to eat and had to eat pasta, orzo and salad as she didn’t eat red meat since the salmon and chicken were finished. Same with all of our vendors.
As a wedding DJ who has played over 300 weddings in the industry, I have never seen a catering service run out of two main meat dishes and forget one. This affected the beginning of our honeymoon as many guests complained and we felt very embarrassed. Luckily our closest friends were also last to eat and easygoing.
Would not recommend this catering service.

From kids to grandparents we’ve heard nothing but amazing feedback on how the goat cheese melts in your mouth to the pasta was perfectly cooked “ al dente” they would say , and how moist and crispy the skin was for the Porchetta. She was also able accommodate those who couldn’t have the meat for salmon and is flavourful and delicious as well. So if you’re thinking about a catering team, believe me. We come from a family of picky eaters and she was able to make everyone happy. Even those who are Italian as well.Chef Ilaria.
