Really yummy Indian food, great prices and good portion sizes, much more economical and generous than other places in the city. However, I had to remove one star as i came here for 6 years almost but haven't been in almost a year since I moved, and when I recently went back the butter chicken has gotten much spicier and is now outside my boundaries, when previously it was creamy and sweet. I don't love this change and changes like this are hard for long standing customers...
I hesitate giving this review because I want to keep her to myself. This is like having your own Indian grandma to make your food. She does EVERYTHING herself so be patient. It's definitely worth it!!
If you're craving authentic Indian flavors, Spice of India is an absolute gem. From the moment you walk in, you're greeted with the warm aroma of spices and the even warmer hospitality of the staff. Most reasonable restaurants ever.
