I came by yesterday at 5:30pm to pick up takeout and the waitress behind the counter was rude for no reason. I advised I was picking up an order. She said for what?? where's your phone order? I said there is no phone order screenshot since I called in. She said what's your name and what did you order? I advised butter beef, Phnom Penh wings large etc then she grabbed the only takeout order in front of her and asked if I've paid. I said no it was a phone call order I didn't pay yet. Then she rolled her eyes at me. Is this the type of service you're providing to all your guests? Maybe the manager should remind the staff to watch their attitude. It was the worst first impression I received from Indochine Kitchen. Although, the food was delicious. I would not come again due to poor service. 10/10 would not recommend just because of the unnecessary belittling demeanor.

I came to dine because Phnom Penh was booked full and heard this was the sister restaurant. I entered the restaurant and was greeted by the server. There were 4 or 5 people at the bar, a table of 3 and a table of 2 seated. The friendly manager suggested I sit at a table beside her and the chef because of the view. I sat down and waited for my partner to join 6 minutes later. We then waited another 6 minutes to order while our server was busy talking behind the bar. We ordered wings, butter beef and spring rolls..... Then we received our water. 5 minutes later the server brought a half filled pitcher of water while carrying it by the spout......our butter beef and spring rolls then we're delivered, they were fantastic. I guess our server must have known they were so good because she disappeared for another 12 minutes. She then dropped off our wings saying "here ya go" and that was the last we saw of her until we stood up and went to the bar to pay. I hope the other 2 tables received as good service as we did because she sure did look busy ?. I do want to say the manager seated beside us was aware of the room and did look to see where the server was when our plates were finished and needed to be cleared but clearly either did not care or is not aware of the poor service standards especially when slow. I wish quality checks sorry I mean A quality check was done. To summarize. Food was bomb, Momo needs guidance and managers need need accountability. Read the reviews. Cheers
Food was amazing, had the butter beef and garlic butter chicken wings. This place is Phnom Penh food without the crazy wait times. Prices are higher and portions are smaller compared Phnom Penh.
