I ordered a Vanilla/Chocolate fudge/Chocolate Chip Cookie crust ice cream cake for my partner on her birthday, and we were absolutely floored by how great it was! I requested that they decorate the cake with Happy Birthday message, expecting it to be written in frosting. I was so surprised to see that it was displayed in little chocolate letters! About half of the ice cream is vegan as are all of the cookies. Create your own ice cream sandwich or have a cup or cone. Everything is also gluten-free!

Innocent Ice Cream has amazing Ice Cream Sandwiches. There are lots of options and the cookies are all gluten free. My sister has Celiacs disease and it is safe for her. I don’t have any gluten allergies and the cookies taste great! They also have vegan options.
There are other treat options besides the sandwiches like cones and pints.
