This is definitely a nightmare for a pickup order. Doordash order placed by my wife. I was on scooter to pick it up due to heavy traffic into DT. When I get to the place I was advised to put the order in the bag in a certain way - completely understandable. However I only got a T&T shopping bag which I think it should suffice with the spacial bottom of the bag. Long behold, I start to get questions when I was asking for help from them to put it in the bag. They were very hesitant to help me to push the tray of food into the bottom of the bag. I iterated that this is for my self and my wife THREE times - its ok to squeeze the tray a bit. They remain "hesitant". Until I made a comment saying I am a customer who wont complaint if the tray gotten deformed when they arrive home. Yes no complaint for the trays made them home just fine. But this job stereotyping attitude needs to be gone from this place. Just because I had helmet and picking up my OWN food, you cant start judging me as a doordash delivery person especially when I iterated myltiple times that its for myself. I was even questioned for receiving the order because it was for a female name who ordered the pick up.Dear manager, I only hope this place wont racial profile others along with this job stereotyping - you are asking your restaurant to have a conversation with the human rights tribunal.

If you don't accept the skip, don't open it. If you order it, you won't accept it. If you order it yourself, don't accept it. Otherwise, don't open it. It's a waste of people's time.I ordered ishow kitchen first but it didn't pick up. I went to skip and ordered your liuyishou hotpot but it didn't pick up either. How about playing?
