Appallingly bad attitude
The Italian Kitchen is a good restaurant. It is one of the better chain restaurants in Vancouver and my wife and I have been regular customers. My disappointment is limited to the antagonistic and intransigent attitude of one staff member who offhandedly dismissed my complaint about my Irish coffee containing zero alcohol.

Best food ever , Brad our server was amazing as well
Our server was amazing! The food was incredible and the atmosphere was perfect to celebrate the bride to be! Thxs for the best night for my niece and family. To have authentic Italian food and truly dine, with family was the best.
