My Birthday dinner was far Beyond any of our expectations! Our group arrived half an hour early for our reservation and they graciously welcomed us by name and sat us immediately. We all appreciated the beautifully appointed round table, with a personal Happy Birthday note for mine and my Daughters celebration. Our experience was, as usual fantastic. Jeremy, our server, was beyond excellent. All staff are great, Jeremy made our special occasion even more so. Thanks to all, we look forward to our return.
Appallingly bad attitude
The Italian Kitchen is a good restaurant. It is one of the better chain restaurants in Vancouver and my wife and I have been regular customers. My disappointment is limited to the antagonistic and intransigent attitude of one staff member who offhandedly dismissed my complaint about my Irish coffee containing zero alcohol.
