What a great experience! At just under $100 it’s one of the more budget-friendly omakase in the city, but you still don’t sacrifice much on taste and experience. Best value omakase you can get in Vancouver hands down! I tried sawada for the first time and I love it, mostly because the chef went the extra mile and smoked them haha.

This is a $100+ experience but the lunch price is so affordable and the food quality is so high. Every detail from the service, the tableware, the food preparation (smoked cherry blossom leaf marinated salmon for example) won my heart and not to say everything was delicious. I can't wait to return again.
