Look at the menu, ordered the" must-try popcorn chicken". A small bag for almost 10 bucks, and chicken fried for too long, and way too much msg.... definitely not worth it at all....

This is really not the J&G fried chicken（繼光香香雞） I know in Taichung, Taiwan. It not only looks different than the original( it looks more like they cut it from a chicken cutlet or eaten by someone instead of chicken popcorn. Please see picture for reference. ),but also tasted different than the original. I am very disappointed.
I had a very worthwhile visit at this place. Each time I'm craving for popcorn chicken, I would go to this place and satisfy my cravings. The combination of flavors on their chicken was so unforgettable and the staff here were also kind and sweet. Each time I finished getting my takeout at this place I rushed back to our house and enjoy their crispy, delicious chicken!
Vegetarian options: Their veggies option was also delicious
Kid-friendliness: Kids would love the menu
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly place

I bought a coupon more than a month ago and tried to book three times but failed! The first time I said I had to wait until next week to redeem it, but the time written in the event description clearly had already started! The second time I was told that redemption is not possible during holidays, I accepted that it was written in the instructions! The third time it was only two o'clock in the afternoon, they said it was out of stock and asked me to call again tomorrow to check! I also heard the clerk ask another clerk: Do you want her to change it? I don’t know what it means. I gave out a coupon but I don’t have the sincerity to let people redeem it⁉️The experience is really bad‼ ️

Really disappointed. I drove a long way to take home the fried chicken, but when I opened it, it smelled like batter. The color was obviously over-fried. I tasted the chicken skin and it was bitter. I was disappointed ?

Chicken tasted like it was cooked without any spices, and the spices were added on after the chicken got cooked
