Didn’t enjoy this place. Not a fan of crispy chicken in the morning or bbq french toast. portion was big, but the price felt high for what it was.
Excellent breakfast and lunch! Warning the pancake stacks are not for the faint-hearted!
Went here 3 out of 3 mornings in Vancouver. Be ready to queue - it's worth a little wait! I've had the Buffalo Blue Cheese Benny's, the Chicken French Toast and the Banana Oat Chocolate Pancakes, all were fantastic and tasty. Service is quick and friendly. 10/10 Must Visit when you're in Vancouver!
We had a really enjoyable breakfast at Jam Cafe. The food was tasty (we had the Blackstone Benedict and the Gravy Coops). The serving sizes were huge so it was good value for money! The coffee was only okay. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We would go again.
Pre decent brunch yum
Went here for breakfast and had the avocado Benedict which was excellent!
Some rules that would’ve been helpful to know in advance are that they don’t seat incomplete parties (even if you already know everyone’s order and 80% of the party is there) and they don’t give you much warning as to when they’ll seat you so stay close by or they will skip over your group. A couple of us went to grab coffee since we were quoted a 40 minute wait that only ended up being 20, so they skipped our party since we were missing a couple people. We would have stuck around if they had made that restriction more clear.
The food was average, definitely not worth the wait or money-go to catch 122 bistro cafe it is so much better
Spending the day in Vancouver in town from Houston, Texas. There is a fast moving line, the restaurant was very busy but for good reason because it was amazing. The staff is very welcoming and kind and the food coming out of the kitchen looks spectacular. Our coffee and breakfast was outstanding.Well worth the short wait the line. The line is there because it is great.Well done Team Jam Cafe!
We had read the reviews and decided to give it a go. There were three of us and the lady at the entrance said there would be a place after 10 minutes. For the next 30 minutes we watched as people usually groups of two were show to a table. The final straw was when a group of 4 who came in and were shown to a table. When asked the lady responded that it was hard to coordinate space for three people. But that’s their job! I can see why there are queues outside. Never going back and there are way better outlets in North Van like Catch 122.
The food was good but all of the tables were very close to each other and service was kinda average.

After entering the store, the clerk will ask if you want a drink. After ordering a drink, it will be served first. The menu is very rich and you can study it slowly. The portion of the meal is very large and very filling. The sauce is very thick and will feel a bit greasy after eating. People with small appetites can just order half.

Had an amazing brunch at Jam Cafe! Tried the Fried Chicken Benny and Blackstone Benedict – both were absolutely delicious. The eggs were perfectly poached, and the flavors were incredible. Easily the best Benedicts I’ve ever had. The queue was a bit long, so make sure to plan ahead. Highly recommend this spot for a fantastic breakfast experience!

I waited an hour for brunch at Jam Café, but honestly, it wasn’t worth the wait. The dishes were pretty standard—nothing you couldn’t find at any other brunch spot. Save your time and try somewhere else.

They have you in and out way faster than before. Therefore the precooked hash brown wasn't hot.

Great place for brunch. Wish we didn't have to queue for so long though.
