Very funky and quaint restaurant!! There is always a long line up out the door. Do not be deterred by this! Have patients (and maybe a small snack in the morning before headed there is you get hangry). The food is worth the wait!!! We never have had time to wait, but today we were in the area and and went for it. The line actually moved very quickly and we were inside in about 20 mins. (They said 20 to 1 hour wait)Thoroughly enjoyed our experience here!!

This is my second visitEverything is very good and there are no surprises. The only slight drawback is that you need to queue up. I recommend 2 to 3 people to come. It is more suitable. There are relatively few seats in the store. If there are many people gathering for dinner, it will take a long time~~ I always wait on average every time I go on a date with friends. 20~30 minutes, I will come again if I have the chance to come back to Canada ?

My partner and I has been planning to go here for months now and we decided to dine yesterday because that's the only free time we have together, upon seating the server did not acknowledge us and took her about 10 minutes to come to our table. The moment she arrived, she started moving our table closer to another table (really close where I can clearly overhear the other table's conversation even though they're not speaking loudly) saying that the reason why there should be a big gap there is for them to fit in that space... which I find really weird because the whole time we were there she literally just stood there once (while taking our order). She also seemed like she's rushing taking our orders, did not even ask if we wanted drinks because the moment I said my order, she turned to face my partner asked what her order was and then left immidiately. I rarely do these review stuff but I really wanted to pinpoint this kind of service from this server. She could have said it in a more nicer/discreet tone, but instead she chose to be cold and rude.Overall, I did not enjoy my food even though it was a good food because of the first impression she left our table. We've been to Jam Cafe in Victoria before and we really enjoyed it that's why we decided to dine again in the mainland but we've been busier than usual that's why we postponed it so many times and ended up in a service like this. Food is great, fresh, tasty and somehow affordable. Did not even took a photo of my food because we just wanted to be out of the restaurant.I only have a copy of our receipt, and it says here that the server name is "Tiffany W." Not sure if it's her or the other server who showed us the bill. But the rude one has a blonde hair with brunnete roots and she also has a blue band-aid on her hand yesterday.

This was our first stop in Vancouver. We headed here directly from the airport as it was the most recommended food place. It did not disappoint. In fact, we really hoped to squeeze in another trip here which didn’t happen but we’ll definitely visit again next time. The portions sizes are big & were the perfect brunch option. I got the Veggie bowl which was absolutely delicious. My friends tried the Cold smoked salmon & avocado benny & waffles & fully enjoyed them.Would highly recommend! Worth waiting in the line.

The bennys were tasty. The bowls were a little overwhelming, both in quantity and in mediocre flavors; maybe a side salad or some sort of pickled onion/palate cleanser would have helped.

Jam used to be my favourite brunch spot with my favourite jam coffee and their omelettes were one of my favouriteToday I went and they continue to have the manual line up vs digital line up. After an hour wait we got in and we ordered our food. There was hair in my jam … and so they switched it out for me and immediately replace it.I think they were really busy but when they were cleaning out the side table, the spilled milk all over our shoes. At the end when we paid for our bill, the server said she was sorry to kick us out but there is a line up.I honestly was disappointed by this experience because it was for my birthday and I will be giving other brunch spots a chance.

Bustling breakfast spot always lined up outside but so totally worth it. The menu was a tough one to negotiate: they all sounded so good! We were all happy with our yummy large portions. Fun family atmosphere and friendly servers.

OMG, IT IS SO GOOD.It's a bit of a wait to get in, but it's worth it.It was packed inside, but I personally don't mind that. The decor was cute and different, and the food was incredible for the price
