The kurobuta dogs are pretty good along with the shaken fry options. I like the original but my husband has tried some of the more adventurous options like the yakiniku one and loved it. The service is always great. My only complaint is that the space itself is dirty and is a bit unappetizing. Love that they're open so late!

Expected a touristy disappointment but my japadog was actually good 😘 had one of the classics (forgot the name), sausage was nicely juicy and moist, and the sauce and dressings combined in a nice fluffy bun made it perfect!!

The pork hot dog with seaweed was not my favourite but I can definitely see why its the most popular. The deep fried waygu though, chefs kiss. The fries, are really good as well. Cant forget about the coconut lemonade. All came together for a great meal. Worth the effort.

Loving the late night bites
Ordered spicy shrimp and a beef hotdog.
There was only 1 small piece of the shrimp like 3 inch shrimp in it and hotdog size much smaller than before and less topping but both more expensive.
Super dirty store with absolute no hygiene.
Is there any organization to check the food stores here in Canada?
So, we used to visiting this place but that’s our last time. High price for low quality small portions of food. It’s not japadog anymore. The same way other names die.

Great food! 10/10, finally got to try a takisoba hotdog and it exceeded my expectations 😋 Eating outside is the way to go, it's a tad tight inside 😅

During our stay in Vancouver. My wife and I enjoyed our first time experience at Japadog. We had the Wagyu Terimayo, Karaage (Hot Dog) and Shichimi & garlic fries. I highly recommend this spot to everyone.

A bit pricey, but hot dog selection was unique and tasted very good! Lemonade was also extremely good. Poutine fries were a bit of a let down. Over all super good hot dog spot!
One of those go at least once or twice a year places. Very eclectic, tasty and unique Japanese fusion hot dogs. Bustling, energetic storefront with a vibe that must resemble being in Tokyo. An iconic Vancouver must-do.

Great place to grab a quick bite. The hotdogs here are definitely different in terms of the flavor of the meat, much sweeter than standard hotdogs in a good way. Would love to try more flavors.

Extremely overpriced tiny hot dog with cheapest bun. Taste ok, very, very small for a price of a meal.
