Their customer service needs customer service, utterly rude. One needs a moment to process how ill manner the way they talk and handle their clients.
The place smells bad, and the meat is bad. How they are still in business is surprising.

They have alot of middle eastern products which is good. However the prices are very high and the place needs to be cleaner.

the chicken and lamb I got from the store were bad, apparently there is 0 food safety taken into consideration which is aligned with the rude behavior of the employees there

Great service and selection... 😎

Rude service from the cashier, narrow aisles and high prices. Many items don’t have a price label so when you ask the cashier, he gives you an attitude and acts like you’re bothering them.

It’s not put items on display for sale in a store without price tags.

Not sure how this place is still so popular.

The worst treatment we have seen from this store and the smell of the store 🤮 I did not accept to buy meat from him

They don't even deserve a star . The worse Halal meat store ever in the lower mainland . Owner and employees need anger management sessions and customer service classes. Their meat is old, the place smells so bad.
I wish food inspectors from the canadian food inspection agency can check on them.

Do NOT buy marinated meat from this store. Every time they have rotten meat, they hide it by marinating it instead of throwing it away. They don't have customer service; they are mean, condescending, and they go as far as insulting their customers. They are the worst halal meat in the lower mainland. They don't even deserve a star.

I have patronized this store for over two years and so I am more than annoyed and quite irritated at how the owner has taken advantage of me TWICE. Couple weeks ago I went to buy chicken wings and he said to buy the marinated ones, they are so good, blah blah blah. I obliged and came back home with chicken that was clearly spoilt but masked with seasoning. I convinced myself that it was a mistake. Today I bought a leg of goat which he weirdly didn’t weigh when I picked it. I went to check out the shelves while he cut, he weighed it and I paid. I came with a bag of bones and random parts. I have bought many goat legs in my life time, hell I have watched a whole goat get killed and butchered. I know what parts build into a goat. For example, why in the world do I have ribs in my goat leg? Please watch while buying things from this store. I’ll most definitely never be patronizing and supporting such nonsense.

Very racist, constantly disrespectful toward people who aren’t white or don’t speak their language. Being a store owner does not give you the right to treat people badly.

This place is amazing. The amount of items they make in-house alone is worth going in. I always stop by for mouhamara, but also frozen kibbeh, canned homous, butcher, spices and black raisins.

I've been coming here for many years. The first time was when I was looking for Mahmood Tea which they didn't have. But when I saw their extensive selection of nuts and dried fruits, this place became an important supplier of sliced almonds and different kinds of raisins, coconut chips, etc. They kept improving and adding to their stock. My vegan friend tells me that the Jasmine brand of dried black beans is reasonable. They have a lot of Jasmine branded goods: rice, beans, and even honey and tahini. I like their packaging. Their Acacia Honey tastes really good, better than most wild flower honey I've tasted. They have a ton of baked goods as well which I cannot eat now that I am avoiding gluten. They also have a meat department which I don't visit because I am less of a meat eater these days.

Best market ever.
