Brown sugar milk with grass jelly, 50% sugar, 30% ice. I didn’t taste the brown sugar, and there were no streaks of brown sugar syrup at all. It’s more like milk with some sweetness from the grass jelly or something. Very disappointed.

Black milk tea with little pieces real taro was good, I’ve never had the flavour combo before and I would get it again. But not many pearls/bobas in it. And for me personally, I get bubble tea because of the pearls, and unfortunately this did not fully satisfy my craving for,

Probably one of the worse tasting milk tea I’ve had, the bubbles is so hard and the tea taste pretty bad.

They had a problem that took around 20 minutes to resolve but instead of telling me about it, they charged me for the drink then made me wait. The poor girl was working solo and didn’t speak English so this is clearly on the owners.

They put 4 bubble teas in a small paper bag.
Who thought that’d be fine? Use a mesh bag or multiple bags. I know this is partly because of that stupid law against plastic bags but seriously I can’t even reorder because they are closed now. The tea is legitimately good, but I cannot adequately express my frustration at watching $30 of bubble tea spilled on the floor because the packaging.

I went to this Truedan (Jenjudan) location to redeem my birthday drink on my birthday this year and the staff refused to give it to me.. She told me that I had to redeem via the mobile app so I was like "sure I can definitely do that" but then she continued to say that their location/store is not available for mobile order.....If your location/store is not available for mobile order then please do not include it in the mobile app as it is very misleading to customers, and even more - please do not send birthday coupon to customers when it cannot be used. Thank you.
