Got our order wrong by confusing us that their brown sugar pearl milk tea was the brown sugar tea with fresh Taro. Asked for a new drink and they were like why would you order that. Rude staff will not be back..Also don’t get fresh taro in your drink. It’s not good…

Great little spot to pop in and have an amazing bubble tea and sit down to rest your weary shopping feet. Have only ever had drinks here and they have always been amazing - mocha oreo milkshake and regular oreo milkshake. Service is always quick and friendly and the vibe is really great. You can play board games or just sit and chill. Great little spot!

The service here is ridiculous. I brought my own cup to avoid the cup fee and to be more environmentally friendly. I gave the cashier my own cup (which she took) but she still charged me the cup fee without saying that she would. When I asked her why there is a fee, she said it’s cause they need to make the drink with a disposable cup so I need to pay for it.How does that make any sense? Their plan was to make the drink in the disposable cup, dump it into my own cup and then throw the disposable cup away. What a waste of a cup and a terrible method to mix a customers drink inappropriately. There are lots of bubble tea shops on Robson so I don’t see a reason for me to return. I am angry the cashier tried to mislead me and was dishonest. They are more concerned with saving 25 cents than a customers loyalty and experience. Good riddance.

I love bubble tea here! It is always consistently delicious here and even at other locations. The pearl is perfectly cooked and it is nicely chewy. And I chose 30% of sugar, and it was perfect for me. The only downside is.. it is expensive.

Excellent milk tea especially with taro. So addictive. Seating is in the back with a clean restroom. Will try the taiwanese food next time.

The braised pork belly bowl was bland, tasteless and dry. It felt like I was chewing on a piece for several minutes. I couldn’t finish it and was left wondering if it was just tossed in the microwave. The service was lacking and the girl who took my order looked annoyed. Not much for cleanliness indoors. Everything looked fairly unkempt. There was lots of dust and a few dead bugs behind the sign indoors.

The Thai milk tea with brown sugar was so good we finished it in just a few gulps I swear. You can really taste the Thai AND the brown sugar. The crushed ice was a nice touch too, easy to swallow up!

The Brown Sugar Milk with fresh taro wasn't anything special. The Capped Brown Sugar Milk with grass jelly (instead of pearls) is better.

The green tea taro latte is really good! The tea flavor is very pronounced and the taro had just the right texture and sweetness. The drink was also prepared very quickly.

The brown sugar bubble milk tea is definitely tasty, but other ones? Not so sure. Better get those flagged items on the menu.

I prefer going to the Jenjudan Yaletown over this one.Service wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. When we entered the store, the staff already looked like she wasn't in the mood. I asked for 50% sugar and 30% ice but she told me I can't change the ice because its fixed. This really confused me because how is ice fixed? and they had the sign in front of me that you can adjust your sugar and ice. The one in Yaletown always lets you do it.I then got 30% sugar in my drink even though I said 50%.Not a really bad experience but enough for me to not visit again, I guess.

Pricey, but delicious and very quick. Wish they had better substitutes for milk and sweetener, but super limited options in terms of those modifications, you pretty much get what's written on the menu. However soy milk is available, but no almond or coconut, and no honey or stevia.

Brown sugar drinks means that you have to choose a sugar level above 0%. The minimum sugar level is 30%, too sweet.
