Lots of interesting flavours! Grapefruit green tea had good strong tea flavour… just wish a bit more grapefruit. Mango grapefruit sago was very good with lots of mango pieces.Their cheese cake was decent, liked mango one. Polite and friendly service!

The bubble tea lacked any tea flavor despite being advertised by the staff as made with their strongest brew. They also stated that they ran out of whole milk, so it was prepared using 2% milk, resulting in a disappointing watery taste. A waste of $8...had to dump it.

I used to come here almost weekly when it was Jenjudan, but the latest change to new (but similar) menu items just made me miss what was there before. I used to order a Thai tea latte , and the staff there always knew my order and was always hitting the spot. When I tried the same 'flavor' tea, it just tasted like water with some tapioca. Certainly not the same, staff are great but they really need the old flavors back.As an OG fan of the place, it just makes me miss the old spot and what used to be there vs whats there now.

Same owners as Truedan/Jenjudan. Please go back to making your drinks the same as before. You rebranded to use cheaper ingredients, and it's completely backfired. I was a loyal customer and brought you plenty of business over the past few years. The other location on Robson near Bute (only other dt location) is gone now. I miss the capped Thai brown sugar milk tea. Very disappointed.

My first experience in this place. I ordered a leaf cafe (black tea latte), 25% sugar and it was really good. The place has some table and chairs to seat inside, it was clean at the moment I went there, their employees were so nice and smile a lot, and share a moment to know me as customer, point for that. No washrooms inside, but it is ok since the place is not huge, but for buying a drink enough. It open until 10 pm. But, always check your Google reviews schedules. Located almost in front of Robson stadium and near library. Prices are ok for the value you receive. They give you a rewards points also and you can follow them on Instagram as @leafcafevancouver to see options. Excellent to go as couple, and family too. And for the service in this occasion I’ll 5 starts.Kid-friendliness: Kids are welcome in this place.

I got the mango ice cream smoothy and it was amazing. It’s not like those run of the mill bbt places where they just add fruit, ice, sugar. I could taste the different ingredients and it didn’t taste like the cheap stuff. The ice cream and foam was not super sweet like the typical cheap sugar products that other bbt places use (and that most people are used to). It wasn’t super expensive either.

Ordered 2 pearl milk teas for $15. It’s quite possibly the worst bubble tea I’ve ever had. 2 sips in and I can’t drink it anymore. The pearls aren’t the problem, the tea is. I’ve never had a milk tea that was both sour and so bitter at the same time. The drink itself is so dark, as if the tea was steeped for days. Would never go back.

This location change ownership/brand recently and the bubble is now terrible. Apparently they’re using the same recipes but it tastes a lot worse than before. I went there twice after to see if it would be better or if the bad bubble tea was a one off, but it’s terrible. I miss this location when it used to be to be Jenjudan/Truedan. I will never be going back.

I am also wondering why both of the stores on Robson closed… So sad because it was the best bubble tea in Vancouver!I agree with everyone else that not only is the drink less tasty but the boba are less sweet and chewy. We always get the basic Brown sugar pearl milk. The crushed ice is too small also and melts fast/goes thru the straw which I don't like. ?

I was a regular customer when the shop was branded under Jejudan/Truedan, going 1-2x per week. When I found out they rebranded to LEAF Cafe (same ownership) I hoped for the best. The boba topping is still made well, but where they fell short on is the drink base. Similar to previous reviewers, I felt the drinks were diluted and lacking depth of flavour. I tried the Black Tea Latte and the Passionfruit Delight and I hate to say it, but the drinks tasted watery and bland. Hopefully they can make adjustments to fix, otherwise it’s going to be a tough road ahead under their new branding. I won’t be returning

New drinks are a lot more bland than before (when it was Jenjudan). If the new owner says that the drinks taste different due to using real tea leaves, then they need to use more tea leaves in their base rather than to cheap out and cut back on that, because the drinks are bland. Won’t be returning.
