Food and service is just average. It’s good for the Victoria Dr area only because there’s not very many choices. The pricing is cheap and reflects on the quality of the food.
Only came here because I was in the neighborhood and wanted to try it out. My son loves the BBQ buns here because the pricing is reasonable for him. For me, I prefer to pay the additional price for better bbq buns.

Food and value 4.5 stars!!! Service 1 star!!! The comfort food is fresh, consistent, familiar home-style, and great value. The Frozen Section offers wonton, & other standard dim sum items that you can cash & carry home to steam! The server/cashier - I will call her Shirley/"SURLY" - because she could be less abrupt and abrasive! I will go back again for the food! Maybe "Surly" will have had a Snicker or a Bao by then to make her less hangry?

For the price point, you can't get a more filling hot meal anywhere in the city.
If you had to be selective, I'd order their sticky...
