The ambiance, food and drinks are all excellent. The service and policies leave something to be desired. It was sometimes hard to get a servers attention when our drinks were empty was the main complaint there. The policy, while they do let you know upfront you only have 90 minutes allocated, I've never seen anywhere actually enforce this when you are actively ordering and spending few hundred dollars. This is one of my favourite Ramen restaurants- the food, the staff, the atmosphere are all perfect. We were celebrating a friends birthday and the staff went above and beyond. Amazing experience! Will be back soon!

It was a good experience but very loud!! I was told several times about the 1 1/2 hour time limit. I get it but maybe no need to say it 2 times when you are just arriving. Also, we could have been out there earlier but had to wait for the bill. Very noisy!
