The London fog is always a must to try or a must to go with, so I went to JJ Bean Coffee Roasters then try their London fog, the team was really nice and I appreciate so much the design of the cafe, modern lines, so much light and space. Then I sat outside and enjoyed my London fog wich was at the right temperature, delightful ?? thank you

Tables were dirty. Could not study even with my noise cancelling headphones because they had terrible music blasting through their speakers. Could not concentrate because someone was constantly sweeping around my feet. I would not advise coming here if you need to get any work

Bakery items are amazing also the coffee ☕️ although I was very supportive to see a rusty bin in the washroom attached yo the wall. I can always upcycle and spray paint it for you if you like. I do that with my things to freshen them up. ??

JJ Bean is an amazing coffee shop that’s obviously higher quality than Starbucks. I like their baked goods such as muffins and zucchini bread I love their lattes and the ambience. However, the coffee is very expensive as lattes could be 6 to 7 dollars and be with in a petite glass for coffee standards for around 6 to 8 ounces plus it isn’t the true amount because there was quite a bit of iceVegetarian options: All of the coffee and drinks will most likely be vegetarian, and most of the baked goods will be as well

I come here whenever I visit Vancouver. My aunt and uncle live a few blocks away. When I visit them, I take a walk in the morning to JJ Bean, have a coffee and a croissant, and relax for an hour or so.It's a bit loud when busy, but put on some headphones and relax!

Stopped by to get a quick bite and perhaps get a cookie.Decided to not buy the baked goods because when you look at what is inside the display cases, there is quite a bit of tiny flies inside flying around and landing on top of their cookies/baked goods. Other stores don't seem to have that or at least I haven't really seen it as much. I believe the staff can see them but can't do much I guess.
Everything here tastes amazing! Great outdoor seating for summer. Incredible vegan options including the umami wrap, coconut yogurt parfait, and chocolate zucchini muffin.Vegetarian options: Many vegetarian and vegan options. You won’t have any issues eating here!

Bit into a slice of heaven with JJ Bean’s cinnamon bun—truly a delectable treat for the senses. The bun itself was a perfect golden brown, hinting at a crisp exterior that gave way to a soft, pillowy interior. The balance between the rich, buttery dough and the sweet, yet slightly spiced cinnamon filling was sublime. Topped with a generous layer of creamy icing that was lusciously smooth and not overly sweet, it complemented the bun’s warmth wonderfully. It was fresh, indicating it was baked on the same day, which is always a plus.Pairing this with a cup of JJ Bean’s coffee on a brisk Vancouver morning felt like the quintessential local experience. A must-try for anyone with a sweet tooth looking for a cozy bite in the city!
