Hi, just want to give some advice. Me myself also work in hospitality . But the service i got there is so RUDE. its not even near closing time, its 40 minutes before closing. Only 2 table is occupied at the time, my table (4 of us) and another table 1 person, but the staff slammed the chairs making loud noises on purpose and also slammed the dirty cups in the bin. Coffee and place is nice, but please be more friendly. None of the staff is friendly, there are 3 people. Never coming back again.

One of the staff , a man with long hair, is so rude. Me and my friends ( only 4 of us ) were seating there , its like 40 minutes before closing but the staff slammed the chair making loud noises on purpose and slammed the dirty cups. Nobody is friendly there. Thats too bad. Coffee and place is good. Never coming back again

Delicious coffee (dark and lighter roasts) and helpful baristas. There are slight discounts for drinking your coffee in the cafe (as opposed to taking it to go) and they offer a free small coffee or discounted coffee drink with the purchase of a 12 oz. bag of beans, of which they have a small but varied selection. They have a small sign up indicating which beans they are using for their various drinks (brewed, espresso, and single origin).Reasonably priced coffee beans, drinks, and some pastries. I recommend this place.

I got a Golden Turmeric with oat milk and that cost $7.40. Usually it will taste creamy. Today it tasted like drinking turmeric water. I saw the girl making it and she did not put enough oat milk and the just proceeds to just add on more hot water. This is a lot of money just for a drink that is 70% water. Would not be coming back here anymore. What a waste of money.

I get that it's 12:30, maybe slower time for the staff. But I got no smile from any of the staff. There are are at atleast 5 of them. I said thank you, no youre welcome. For some reason I dont feel welcome here. Otherwise food and coffee is great.

Love this location, good coffee and food. But - Stop default asking for tips just to pour a $3.88 coffee, and giving dirty looks when one isn't given. Why would I give someone a tip for pouring a coffee in my own mug? Aka, doing what their employer is paying them to do? What is the extra service being provided? Now you're wondering why I'd pay almost $4 for a coffee, right? Anyhow, tipflation in Canada is getting ridiculous.

My daughter works there and the coffee is to die for. I always have it in my cupboard. Way better than Starbucks and the service is impeccable!

Friendly staff, nice clean environment. The blueberry scone was so fluffy and delicious, and the matcha latte was steamed perfectly. Great place for breakfast!

Tasty baked goods and hot chocolate. Unfortunately the past three times I've been in, they have run out of whipped cream, basically the only reason I buy warm drinks from cafes

Honestly, it's hard to find healthy sandwiches in downtown Vancouver or even juices I had to go to the mall to get a juice. Anyway, the cashier was very friendly and helpful as I was having difficulty with credit cards from the US. I've had that problem since I've been here I'm going to think I brought extras besides money. I ordered a chicken sandwich to go and it's very tasty now that I've had it. It's clean, bright and their coffee smells great. If you want to go there be sure to call as the hours are so different in downtown Vancouver in every place as many close by 5:00 p.m.
