Really good coffee and super friendly staff. The vibe is relaxed, and everything came out quick. Prices are pretty standard for the area, nothing crazy. If you’re nearby, it’s definitely worth stopping in and giving it a try

I go to this coffee shop every work day with my colleagues. Drink is ok but I was a subject of racism. I usually leave no tip and never go back BUT the staff working the register (White girl with dark hair) was being very racist to Asian. Hello? You can see the difference in her tones. Her mood changes the moment she has to service an Asian.

Ohhh mast visit market
Give it at least one hour. so many interesting beautiful displayed well-made foodie’s vegetables, pastries ,cakes, coffee beverage and also nice places to sit in and outside you can taste almost everything in small bite and you might find yourself very confused of what you want to get eventually and also a little bit full after tasting all those wonderful things Very very good for visiting with children. Some places you can see how they make the things I highly recommend it.

On the JJean cafe I managed to order cafe (as tourist) that was the best cafe I had so far in North American- they listen to my instructions and fit the coffee to my request ❤️

There are toilets in the building-clean and nice

The staff here are as reliably wonderful as the coffee! I have never encountered anything but lovely people and delicious coffee at this spot.

This was where (for the first time in Vancouver) I had an espresso so rich and creamy that it would have been a sin to adulterate it.

The staff here have pride in what they do, are so accommodating and genuine! I overheard them telling ppl who come before closing (heard this as I was waiting for my drink) “We’ve cleaned the machine but we’ve still got fresh drip if that’s ok..” Customer was equally polite and asked if it was ok to have tea? It was so encouraging to see this, no resentment, just information and exchange.

Absolutely love this place. A little oasis for many years. Your cue to sit and look out over the ocean with a delicious coffee

Double shot flat white has no flavour.
While service was lovely they couldn't deliver the explicit request to not use single use cup.

The coffee was okay, the prices a bit high and the service quite slow but the cashier looked really annoyed that I didn't leave a tip via the card payment machine. Didn't realize tips were mandatory.

Did not expect my oat milk latte from JJ Bean Granville island to be a standout from my weekend in Vancouver. It hit the spot- simple and delicious! Thank you ☕️

You'll pay 5 bucks for an americano. The highest price in all the cities. And, "no we don't have a sleeve/warmers for your hot drinks.... but there's a couple of napkins right there. Give me a break. 👎
