Probably my favorite coffee shop in the city. Coffee is good. Sandwiches are great. Baking is delicious. The hipster staff is always friendly. Its a pretty busy shop because of its downtown location and the staff are always patient and give great service. Great seating and an awesome seating space on the second floor overlooking downtown.

Three stars because I always loved jj beans coffee but this was a 1 star experience.I waited patiently for 10min after ordering a mocha but the barista forgot to make my drink and skipped my order. Eventually I brought it to the staff’s attention and asked for a refund. For the whole time, I didn’t get an apology. I understand things happen when it’s busy. Something as simple as “sorry about that” could make it all up but nope. I walked in with a great mood after having a great day but unfortunately left with a bad mood.

Great space with an upstairs as well. Downstairs feels a little cramped, but get your coffee and go upstairs is what I say. Service felt a bit slow for a Sunday afternoon, but I’m just being particular at this point. The latte was delicious! And the art is cute :)

Latte is nice. We ordered a medium size but it's a surprisingly large cup. The milk is a bit watery tho--not so much foam. (Maybe it's becauce of the size). The coffee is not bitter but also not so strong.Everything croissant is nice. The taste is what you can expect for "everything" seasoning. Asked for toast it but didn't expect they use the press machine and not an oven. Croissant becomes croffle but no nice strips.The staff is very friendly. There was a long line short after we ordered. Many ppl were using laptops. The seats upstairs were cozy style and not standard tables/chairs. The music and the vibe is quite good. Feel like can stay here the whole morning or afternoon.

Hello lovelies,I'm gonna tell you my experience with this cafe.I liked the hot chocolate every time I had it in JJ Bean cafe. But there is a wrap named Southwest Chicken Wrap that every time I ordered it I had regrets. I don't know what's wrong with the chicken in the wrap every time that makes me sick. I tried it a few times wishing to not feel the same, but it happened every time, so I'm not gonna order it again.I hope they notice.Friendly staff anyways.Nice atmosphere.Good luck ?

Great coffee and very friendly staff members. There are two options for seating areas - lower and upper level, which could get fully occupied quickly during regular operating hours. The upper level is cozy and a nice place to lounge.
