JJ Bean Coffee Roasters is my favorite go-to spot for amazing coffee.Their espresso is rich, smooth, and always freshly roasted. The staff are friendly and create a warm, welcoming vibe.I love the cozy atmosphere and the fresh pastries they offer.Every visit leaves me happy and energized—highly recommend!
My favorite spot. Staff are chill and attentive. Great selection of pastries that are unique amd delicious
Despite it not being a donut shop, their pistachio donut is amazing! Better than lucky’s donut and lee’s etc. Their caramel macchiato is also great! Friendly & nice staff as well which is wonderful because it’s not always the case at restaurants/cafes nowadays (unfortunately).
Depressed coffee beans made my day
Food and service are superb. Out of Breka and JJ beans Id choose JJ beans for coffee. Compared to other locations, this location is small, so it gets quite busy at times.
Love the coffee, and the oatmeal muffins are the best I've had but good luck finding one. I'm here at 10:15am and there isn't one left. Make more?
Foods good, coffee is good, employees are lovely. but there's not nearly enough seats and not a single outlet for people to work, which is half the purpose of a coffee shop.

good coffee, there’s no outlets to charge your devices though when you’re there to study.
It was first time I visited this cafe and I absolutely loved this cafe! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, making it the perfect spot to spend the day working. The food is delicious, and the service is always top-notch. I felt comfortable sitting there all day, thanks to the peaceful environment and excellent cleanliness.
It's a must-visit for anyone looking to work quietly or for couples seeking a charming place to enjoy good conversation. If you're in the area, don’t miss out on this gem!

Not as nice as the Burnaby Heights or the downtown ones but for the area, it’ll do.
Nice patio seating outdoors.
Spacious washroom, give it that.
Shiver chocolate in the way to go!
Lots of parking.

Although the service leaves something to be desired, the food is delicious.
If you are looking for just coffee options, this may be another option like any other cafe in Vancouver.
I was surprised to see the size of the coffee, we ordered a MEDIUM and it seemed to be a SMALL.
If you like to work on a computer, this may be a quiet place to do so.
