This location is wonderful when it comes again to consistency and making their products it's brilliant the staff are great. Except for a quarter of the time I'm not even able to speak to staff. The lineup here gets so long, that I've walked away numerous times. I really have to wonder why they don't get more staff behind the counter especially on the weekends. The long wait times makes me want to never come to this location because it takes longer. They just need to put more staff behind the counter.

1st and only bad experience ever at any JJ Bean occured for me at this Fraser st location last weekend when I felt the barrista had treated me poorly even after I had left a tip. Her attitude towards me i felt was unwarrantted. I will never return to an establishment that has attitude towards customers without reasonable cause.
