Coffee coffee coffee
I ordered a small coffee and a muffin. It cost me $9.75 I was really surprised to see how expensive it was. Is it too high or just rip off? I’ll never ever go back there anymore. There are better places with lower prices and great value.
I have been going to JJbean’s for the last 17 years now but it’s not same anymore. Their coffee quality dropped and their bakery is getting smaller and smaller while their prices is going up and up .
it's a good place, has community feeling ... I don't like pressuring customers into big tips when you pay by card. No service as i went to counter but tip exported.

Always worth going
I drink the Railtown dark roast beans every day at home and purchase it regularly for the past several years from their Commercial Drive location. When I go to this location I receive mediocre to poor service and the dark roast is usually burnt if I order it there.
I enjoy the beans and general spirit of the chain. Service is their weak spot.
A employee at this location gave me a free water with ice on July 25th and i think about her everyday she was so nice.

Being an early riser I find the atmosphere nice and pleasant. We love to sit in the big picture window and people watch. I really wish you would make sure there are raspberries in the muffins you make. It is so few and far between . It is now happening with the blueberry muffins now. I find even the sizes are varying from day to day.
I think some review on quality control needs to be discussed at your next staff meeting.
Front counter staff are polite and friendly in the morning shifts.

This coffee roaster serves fantastic coffee and the best almond croissant – perfectly flaky and deliciously rich. A must-visit!

No clearly visible plug in spots. The lady says they have them but from what I can see right now there's none
