My favorite coffee shop! The coffee is always great — I usually get an Americano with a croissant or a wrap. It’s such a cozy place where I can relax for an hour every time I visit.

I came to pick up a TGTG surprise bag, but there was a glitch on the app and they didn't actually have any. The cashier was nice and made me one anyways since it was too late to cancel.

Saturday October 4th I went jjbeans on commercial dr I have always enjoyed coffee there since it’s open from day one it’s the spot to go I know the owner and the manager she’s great she’s the best manager ever at that location I have seen many .
On Saturday October 4 th I order my coffee and my muffins there’s this new lady who surprised me told me if I need the soy milk to be warmed I have to pay extra $2 at first I thought it was a joke I ask for the manager she was absent no one I could speak to , I leave the order then went to Tim Horton they did my order with my request no extra charge .
John I know you’re a good man your servers are always nice I’m truly disappointed in the way they are treating customers like me who has been there since day one this is bad John on top of that she was rude I could send you her picture I’m not sure it’s legal to post it , john this not the way king your a good man the bad seed needed to go she don’t belong .. keep the good coffee coming if there’s extra charge post it thanks

This JJ Bean location has THE kindest (+ most stylish) staff, homey atmosphere, and is a staple on The Drive. Had a good conversation with one of the baristas about their pastries this morning (bring back the everything croissant!) and she recommended the Blackberry Earl Grey Scone. I tried it, absolutely loved it, and ended up returning for another one (and it’s vegan!). It’s one of those places that makes you feel like home, and no matter how busy the staff get, they take the time to be personable and kind.

Cozy cafe with sufficient vegan pastry options.

I am a long time customer. I like this location. The coffee and baked goods are great. The staff is always friendly although service can be slow sometimes. I am noticing that this location is becoming quite run down and dirty, especially the outside of the building and exterior seating areas where the Marijuana smoke can get pretty dense some days. Hopefully things will get cleaned up soon.
