Being an early riser I find the atmosphere nice and pleasant. We love to sit in the big picture window and people watch. I really wish you would make sure there are raspberries in the muffins you make. It is so few and far between . It is now happening with the blueberry muffins now. I find even the sizes are varying from day to day.
I think some review on quality control needs to be discussed at your next staff meeting.
Front counter staff are polite and friendly in the morning shifts.

No clearly visible plug in spots. The lady says they have them but from what I can see right now there's none
Burning hot coffee!!!
I use to like their drip coffee, but I went today and it was horrible, trash it to the garbage, the taste was horrible, I don’t know if it was the just coffee or the oat milk, cause I add a little bit. But something was really wrong today.
So sad.

If you call yourself a coffee shop and sell premium matcha, you should do it right. The matcha here was disappointing—poor quality and far from the authentic, rich flavor you’d expect. Definitely not worth the price.
