I came to this location on Main Street for the first time and was greeted right away and seated at a table. The server Honey Mama was a lovely lady that had a great energy. She was attentive and friendly. I ordered the French toast dish which came with two sausages and two pieces of bacon. I had coffee with my meal. Everything tasted delicious and I finished my plate. Will definitely come back.

Do you like affordable traditional breakfast with eggs on toast, pan fries and bacon? Do you like bottomless cups of coffee? How about housemade hot sauce and friendly staff?
The Basic has it all, and on top of that, they're very accommodating for gluten free - with sound practices to prevent cross contamination. As a Celiac I go here all the time and have never had an issue!

I went there for brunch. Everything in the pictures looked amazing, so I decided to try with some friends. Let me tell you, everything tastes how it looks!! Our meal was delicious. The server was super friendly, everything was great. I wish I had taken pictures of our meals... Oh well, I guess I have to go back now :)
I went to Basic to have my brunch and its such a hidden gem! the food is so delish . The Mess was so good There’s a petite Asian lady who served us . She’s cheerful, knowledgeable and very polite. I forgot her name. We will be back soon. My experieced in Basic was a wonderful!

Hardly Basic, it’s basically a rip off, the food is YES Basic, expensive and folks you can prepare a better scrambled eggs at home for 25.00 ( the eggs benny) was no big deal, barely any sauce. But what astounded me was for the tea and the hot water 4.95… gulp gulp that’s a total gross rip off. If I didn’t have to leave a star I wouldn’t. Save your money and stay home cook your own breakie.
