Had a lovely experience at Joey Bentall One, my bartender Tom was very attentive. The servers Kristyn and Rachel were also fun gals showing great rapport with guests and bounced off eachother. I had the chicken lettuce wraps on happy hour and they suggested getting it as a bowl with coconut rice - it was delicious and full of flavour! Great recommendation - FOOD WAS GREAT - SERVICE WAS GREAT - I will be back with family and friends for sure

Food and drink were excellent. Especially the Test Kitchen pasta. Very loud, but it was game 6 of the world series, so... Servers were a bit forgetful/slow when bringing wine lists etc.

I can't remember having a worse experience.... Had made reservation...arrived on time...seating was only just starting so most tables still open. The person who seats us walks us past the main bar section and we head off to the high table area...but it becomes clear that we are being taken to the patio. Before we do, I ask if we can stay inside and our seater says that is not possible but assures us that it is toasty warm with all the heaters running....except that only the middle heater section was putting out a bit of heat. the two outside sections had NO HEAT. You could touch the heater. Stone cold. Again, we asked to move or at least provide blankets (many restaurants with patios provide them) The woman who I was with was wearing open shoes so her feet were freezing. We ate in our coats. You'll note that the tented area has a large opening in the north west corner so we had a draft too. :(

Good service, good food. I worked in an office above Joey 5 years ago and enjoyed going to the restaurant then. It is still good and I will return.

We went there for my cousin's birthday and was really excited to eat as this is her first time at JOEY. Everything was good until the server approached. it felt like that she doesn't wanna be here. She didn't ask what we want to drink or anything, and the customer service felt really forced. We all have our days, but I think our experience could've been better if the server was nice.

It's was Hockey night so noise level and slow service was expected. Food was OK but not exceptional. Portions good.

This is a very nice location in downtown Vancouver. I had the salmon, my husband had the blackened chicken, and my son had the burger. All were excellent.

We went in for dinner and wine last night and the experience was phenomenal. Tom was our server and made the experience perfect. He was attentive made sure our wine was always topped up! Dinner was great we had the poke bowl and the mini short rib French dip. The managers Ana and Gio stopped by to check in. The restaurant was packed and the ambience was great. Thank you to Tom and the staff at joeys!

I had made a special reservation to celebrate my anniversary with my husband. As part of the celebration, I had requested a special cake to surprise him. Unfortunately, the service we received did not meet our expectations. The server assigned to our table seemed to have a rather indifferent attitude, lacking the warm and friendly demeanor one would hope for in a special occasion. We ordered a substantial amount, yet the interaction felt cold and unwelcoming. After finishing our dessert, I inquired about the special cake request. The server informed me that the front reception was responsible for such notes and would check on it. She returned to tell me that the front reception staff were new and had forgotten to inform her. While she offered to order the cake for me at that time, it was too late, and the moment was lost. Due to this lack of communication and the overall attitude of the server and team, I felt disappointed and decided to leave without the surprise I had planned. This experience did not reflect the spirit of teamwork or customer care I expected. I hope you will take this feedback seriously to improve communication and service so that future guests can enjoy their special moments without disappointment.
