My son and I stopped in here for dinner. Neither of us had Ben to a Joey's before so we didn't know what to expect. Definitely pleased with our choice. The menu had lots of food options, we both ended up having steaks with the crispy baked potato. The crispy baked potato was great. The service was great. They had some new non-alcoholic drink samples so my son tried those. Definitely a good change from the regular Shirley Temple. The prices are average

He not only provided excellent service, but also communicated effectively, ensuring an enjoyable visit. Ward went above and beyond to make the atmosphere even more enjoyable. Omg, first of all JOEY Bentall One on Burrard is SUCH A VIBE! I went with my boyfriend after work for a much needed drink to decompress from a long days work and I was so blessed to get Nour as my server. She is honestly amazing, so sweet, super helpful and really made my night that was stressful much better! She recommended this Delicious Pink Rose “ SnapBack”. And instead of getting a glass she casually mentioned that a bottle would be a much better price. Ugh talk about SALES! It was definitely a much better price. Tuesdays it’s Half Off! Woot woot! Anyhoo, I enjoyed my stay at Joeys and will be coming back for more. Y’all better ask for Nour cause she’s awesome and will take care of you! XoxoWheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair friendly!

Initially planning to dine there for dinner on a busy Friday night, we were deterred by the lengthy 40-minute wait—a result of our own poor planning.Undeterred, we returned the following day for lunch, where we were promptly seated in the quieter and less bustling atmosphere that suited our pace much better. We opted for the Chicken Parmesan and the Szechuan Chicken Lettuce Wraps, both of which were delicious, though on the edge of pricey for lunch.Our waiter proved to be personable and attentive, enhancing our dining experience with their warm demeanor and efficient service. Overall, we left impressed by the quality of the food and the pleasant ambiance, making it a place we would gladly return to.
Came in with my team the other night and Noor was our server who gave us the best service of all time and she was very genuine! We’ll be back Forsure :)
