Excellent customer service from start to finish. Glad we made a reservation because the restaurant was busy with people waiting. We took advantage of Dine Out Vancouver menu and all our meals were delicious!

Excellent meal ! For dine out Vancouver .. the seared salmon sushi is a must try .. I could have eaten 2 plates! And the truffle udon with catsu chicken was 10/10 ! Would order again and again. Great service only small negative is the noise level but we were there at 7-830 and that's a busy time.

Pretty good experience. They gave us a great spot for 8 people to hang and mingle. Service was OK. Server was occasionally absent, but attentive when at the table. Someone in party ordered a cocktail and didn't like it. They were kind to take it off bill.They were also really great and got my mom a dessert for her birthday - which is likely usual, but always awesome.

Terrible service; we waited 15 minutes for the server to come over to bring water and take our order for drinks. The server never came back to refill our water or any additional drink orders. The only time we saw her was after we finished our meal, and we still had to wait 20 minutes for our bill. We watched her immediately serve her other tables while we were still waiting for service. The service was extremely sloppy. Food was decent but service was terrible. Never returning to Joeys again. That service left the worst taste in our mouths. Never had such crappy waiter ever before. I've had better service at McDonald's

We had the Mediterranean bowl but it didn’t taste fresh at all. The chicken wasn’t cooked properly and had a lot of fat and gristle. We ordered extra avocado which wasn’t ripe, and they were very few chickpeas and greens. We’ve had this bowl at other Joey‘s restaurants and its been delicious.
