Service felt like we were being rushed through our meal. While I appreciate they are trying to maximize covers, it didn't feel like a relaxed dining experience.

Amazing food and service here for our 1st night in Vancouver. Was a bit noisy in the bar area due to Game 7 of the World Series being played at the same time.

Olya was great! The food and ambience were phenomenal! Beat part is the Champagne at the arrival

Great wine selection, awesome cocktails + outstanding service. Dinner suggestions were ordered - blackened chicken and steak + sushi. DELICIOUS Incredibly attentive service, Manager Frank stopped by to check in on food choices and to fill our wine glasses. Always a good experience, a tried and true spot for ambiance and good times.

As soon as we arrived at the reception, the service was great — they offered us complimentary sparkling water, and the hosts were very kind. I loved the food; the flavor was delicious, although the portions were a bit small. Overall, the atmosphere felt really good — the place was nicely decorated and had great vibes all around.

I was at Joey's Friday and then again the following Monday to watch the Toronto Blue Jays play against the LA Dodgers. Great location with multiple screens to watch the games

Reasonably priced entrees. The blackened chicken, vegetarian spagehetti and the katsu chicken salad were delicious. Their complementary drinks as you enter are a very nice touch.

From the moment we arrived, it was clear that this restaurant operates under exceptional management. Kelsey went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our dining experience was seamless. She carried herself with professionalism, warmth, and a genuine passion for hospitality that truly elevated our night. You could see Kelsey's influence everywhere — the staff were attentive and efficient, the atmosphere felt welcoming and well-organized, and every guest seemed genuinely cared for. She checked in with our table personally to make sure everything was perfect, and it was clear she takes real pride in what she does. It's rare to come across a manager who balances professionalism with such an approachable, kind demeanor. Kelsey clearly leads by example, and it shows in the quality of service throughout the restaurant. Because of her, our evening felt effortless and enjoyable from start to finish. If you're looking for a place where hospitality still means something, this is it — and Kelsey is the reason why.

Incredible experience. Hospitality was 10/10. Frank the manager was amazing and accommodating. I don't have a Joey where I'm from but I'll definitely be visiting the Toronto location.

Food was delicious, offered a good variety to choose from. We arrived early for our reservation, they offered us a complimentary glass of Prosecco and we waited outside. Waiter was very attentive, service was amazing!

Joey Burrard should be named Joey Robson. There are two Joey's on Burrard. Joey Bentall? Should be Joey Burrard. Both myself and my lunch companion went to Joey Bentall, having no idea there was a Joey on Burrard at Robson. When I booked the table didn't anticipate walking blocks in opposite directions to get to a restaurant that was quite far from where we wanted to be. The names are only for the regulars.

Francesca was a wonderful server and a breath of fresh air. Lovely energy and very attentive!

Robert

The quality of the food has gone way down at Joey's ...will not return. Used to be a regular. Highly disappointed.

Marita

All good. I appreciate the complimentary bubbly and accommodating our needs with a window table.

Our food was served to the wrong table. One of the dishes was cooked to the wrong temperature. The recook took 30 minutes for a rare steak. Staff and manager took care of us but it was not a good experience
