Been here many times, it was one of the better Malaysian restaurants a few years ago, now the quality is only comparable to food court quality. When I was here in March, we ordered five dishes. Everything were served within five minutes. Immediately you know the food was pre-cooked and dipped in sauce in order. As you would’ve guessed, all the dishes are luke-warm and the temp is 10 degrees too cold. The taste was just sauce overpowering the food. Worst of all there is a 2% surcharge on using credit card. Never going back!!
recommended restaurant ever and food are so delicious and fantastic and excellent experience and ambiance. Will come back here this is one of my favorite ever
The food is insanely good. I highly recommend the ribs and green beans. Best meal I’ve had in forever

Wow. How come I did not try this restaurant ever when I was passing by here almost daily for about 2 years…
Anyways, I finally tried this restaurant via UberEats last week and I was surprised how good the food was. I haven’t had Malaysian food for years due to my first ever Malaysian food experience was really bad. Now I am always craving for their Beef Rendang and the Satay beef skewers 🤤

Maybe I was expecting more as this seemed to have a lot of hype/good reviews but overall it was…okay. The food was tasty indeed but a bit on the salty side. Ordered flat noodles, green beans/eggplant, roti and beef satay. The roti was definitely the most unique/tasty and the beef satay well cooked. Although, the portions were on the small side which for the same price, you can find better elsewhere. Bathroom was not clean and tables were sticky so could improve there as well. Staff were attentive and friendly.

we ordered the mamak mee goreng and the satay chicken, which were so good. the bbq pork was just okay, but the service was awful.
the server working on November 19 at 7:29pm was extremely rude. she had bangs, wore a black long-sleeve shirt, and had her hair in a ponytail.
we arrived around 7:15 PM, but the staff didn’t greet us at all. she waited for us inside without a smile. when we walked in and asked for a table for two, she just let us sit without saying anything. when she took our order, she didn’t smile either.
later, we politely asked another staff member if we could move to a table beside us. the other staff told us to wait for the table to be cleaned. once we moved, the same server "helped" us but she kind of threw our utensils onto the table and after that she kicked the chair beside us (the previous table we sat).
this was hands down the worst service we’ve ever experienced. I rarely leave bad reviews, but this situation truly ruined our dining experience and appetite. but the other staff was okay, the one with blonde hair asked us and apologized to us.

Everything is too salty for me! Then I think the taste is about the same, so I think I can only give it four or three and a half stars.
There are two or three seats at the back of the restaurant, but there are basically no seats left before nearly 6pm in the evening. But you can give it a try.
Parking: There are parking spaces behind the restaurant, but there are only about three. You have to arrive early to have a chance to stop.

Have been here a few times and the food has always been good, but today the roti canai was flakier than before and we really enjoyed it. Also had the satay chicken and beef skewers and the flavours for both were on point. The Laksa was good and creamy, but could have deeper flavor. It was my first time trying Bak Kut Teh, the meat was tender and I liked the taste of the broth.
The only downside was that it felt like there was no heat in the restaurant in the cool November chilly weather, which made the experience less enjoyable and made the food cool down a lot faster.

I finally got to try this place after hearing cool things about this restaurant: 3:16 in context: For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.
We ordered Roti Canai with chicken (flaky and fluffy, the curry is flavourful), Nasi lemak (genuin), and lamb Kapitan (very tender)
Overall, it was a satisfying lunch.

Their roti canai (Indian-style flatbread) is delicious, along with kway teow (stir-fried flat rice noodles) and various noodle dishes. Known for its friendly service and flavorful food, it’s a great spot to enjoy comforting meals with a homestyle touch!

I ordered delivery online, and with a total over $40, I received a 10% discount. The curry chicken rice wasn’t great—the chicken was dry and had a poor texture. However, the coconut rice was delicious and had a perfect, creamy taste. As for the bak kut teh, it tasted more like Taiwanese herbal pork rib soup rather than the traditional Singaporean version. I would come back just for the coconut rice!
